That's something that men with Fibromyalgia don't have to suffer from apparently, I wish today that I was a man and not a woman with Fibromyalgia. I wish I could get the entire set of ovaries, uterus and whatever the hell it constitutes in starting a menstrual period removed. 😓

Mobility is your ability to move, and mobility training encourages your muscles to move well. ......
We have all experienced that “owwie” and not being able to move due to pain or discomfort. .....
Perhaps there’s a limp, or an avoidance to move a certain way. .
This inability to move properly means you have “limited mobility,” making it harder to do all that you want to do in a day including your training. .
Taking time (even a little bit of time) every day to focus on your mobility is part of your foundation to moving, feeling, and performing better. .
The timing of your mobility training can be quite purposeful and meaningful, too. .
For example, certain mobility drills prior to training are better to loosen up your body and prepare it for all the movement it is about to encounter. .
Taking one minute out of your day to help prevent future ouchies and aches is certainly worth it. In my opinion!!

Polar has bloodwork every 2-3 months to monitor her internal organ function. She had bloodwork last week - her kidney values are OK and mostly in the normal range (her SDMA value is on the rise); however, she now has elevated liver values for some unknown reason (and is taking medication for it). I truly feel like once we get one thing semi under control, something new occurs.
Since December, Polar hasn’t been herself (or who she once was); I (as well as her vet) am unsure if her sensitivity to the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics has seemingly changed her behavior and personality, and/or she has developed some cognitive dysfunction. She is very cautious and nervous most of the time, is no longer very social and is very, very sensitive to certain sounds (coughing and sneezing scare her the most - but never used to) and the days of demanding second dinner are a distant memory (as she barely wants dinner these days). I am unsure of the amount of time she has left on this Earth, but I hope it’s at least a few years (an additional decade would be ideal). Despite her still being here physically, I miss her. Interacting with and seeing this seemingly unfamiliar dog in my home makes my heart ache on a daily basis. I really, really, really miss her.
Next week, my brother is getting married in my (our) home state of #Florida . I had a literal meltdown when faced with leaving Polar and making the journey south. What if something happens to her and we’re 20 hours away? How can we ever live with that that? My husband brilliantly suggested we drive, bring Polar with us and rent a dog friendly @airbnb! So, that’s what we’re doing. She will get to see the beach, eat/roll in tropical-sunbaked-cat-poop, lie in the sun and participate in various other Polar approved activities. I hope the change in environment somehow help her.
I know that we will make really great memories.

(PS: Don’t worry about Ralph - he is staying with our very good friends, who love him as much as we do. He will be safe and will have the best time with their dog - who is his #1 love and girlfriend).
