Buyers, New Builds
C’mon, Let’s Check It Out!
We as consumers have been conditioned to believe that we can save a ton of money by going “factory-direct” - that if we cut out the middleman, we will reap big savings. This may be the case sometimes (not usually) but it is not the case when buying a new home.🏡 One thing I can guarantee, is that you will never make a better deal on your own than if you bring along your real estate agent.🙋♂️ You may make, at best, the same deal, but it will never be better. And, by the way, having your agent there, is of no cost to you.👍
What you will get, if you bring your agent along, as they call it in the auto industry, is a third baseman.⚾️ This is someone who is there to add a different perspective - someone who will promote rational thinking and good decision making. Someone to look out for your best interests, rather than the interests of the developer. This is someone that would’ve kept you from buying that timeshare in Wisconsin🐄 or the vacuum cleaner from the guy at the door (oops😮). This is someone who literally won’t cost you, the buyer, anything, but could help you save thousands of dollars in a buying process or keep you from being backed into a financial corner.🤨
Remember, new home site sales persons are trained to sell THEIR product to anyone who strolls in. They are highly skilled sales ninjas🤺 and their company spends lavishly to make sure you are the one doing that strolling.🚶♂️
So, buying a new home is great - as long you are making a well thought out, deliberate choice to do so - and it is exactly what YOU want (not anyone else).🤓

Boxes, boxes, and more boxes 😆📦📦📦
You never know how much you really have until you have to pack it all up. It never ends.
The countdown to Sunday starts now though! Only 5 more days left!!
I hope you guys don’t mind being spammed with the move... but it’s sort of a pretty big deal around here 😉😉

You see a physical difference, 23 lbs difference.
I see a mental difference, a smile, a girl comfortable in her own skin.
A girl who’s not embarrassed to see family and friends for the holidays.
A girl who doesn’t cry going shopping for new jeans anymore.
Did you know ...
- U.S. News reported that by the second week of February, 80% of those who set New Year’s resolutions have fallen off of the bandwagon and given up. - In 2017, the most popular New Year’s resolution was to lose weight and eat healthier. However, only 9.2% of all people who set resolutions actually reported feeling that they were successful in achieving what they set out to.
I was NOT that 80% last year. All of my hard work has paid off in so many ways. I fully intend on being in the 9% again this year ✨
