How do we feel about all of these lovely ladies so far?! Let us know in the comments, I’ll be hanging out in there for a while! 💕 - Renn
We stayed on the grounds of a howler monkey sanctuary. Howler monkeys are notoriously territorial but nonviolent. They use a howl that sounds like death itself to scare off predators.
In the video, our guide makes the first noise and the alpha male of the howler troop responds. The louder the predator gets, the louder the monkey gets.
P.S. there are no baboons in Belize! The name of the sanctuary comes from African slaves during colonialism who first saw the monkeys and thought of the baboons from their homeland.

What a magical week. Had so much fun so many pictures. Can’t wait to go back again. Had an amazing time in Disney world and seeing how happy Ava was and just getting to see some of the pure joy faces she made because she was so excited makes everything worth it. #disneyworld#magickingdom#animalkingdom#disney
