Here’s a test for an ambitious idea - a cube that can turn itself inside-out. I was thinking that spring wire bent into arcs could do the trick. Alas, this idea is not so easy. This cube refuses to do anything close to going inside out. Still, I think it’s a nice form, and naturally it has a lively springiness to it.

I am often asked how to get started in the weight section or I've had people say they are scared of lifting weights and honestly I used to be the same way. When I first started working out I stuck to cardio because I had no idea what to do with weights or I was intimidated. If I could give you one piece of advice I'd say just start. Do your research, have a friend teach you, watch YouTube videos and just start. You may feel intimidated at first but once it becomes a routine to be in the weight section, you won't even think twice about going over there. Everyone starts somewhere, all you have to do is START.

Looking through pictures from last summer and stumbling across this 💪🏼 I've been putting on size for a while now so I'm excited to start a cut here pretty soon.

Update: my website is ALMOST finished 😎 I am doing everything myself so it is taking some time to finish because 1. I'm a perfectionist 2. I want to have a decent amount of information on the site before I release it. Shooting for being done within the next two weeks ✨ if you didn't see my last post about it, my website will consist of life tips, workouts and really anything health and fitness related that you can think of.
