Who saids you need to go to the gym to get a sparkle 😉 on??? I use to go to the gym. Started out really strong and then one of my girlies got sick or had conflicting schedule with the baby sitting hours at the gym or........ Then I was introduced to this awesome AT HOME workout program. Ummmm GAME CHANGER. As a momma to 4 busy beautiful girlies, I have limited time sometimes. So being able to just walk to a room and press play and get an amazing workout done at my house was just what I needed. However I was missing something. I failed at first doing my workouts at home. I made excuses to NOT workout. Then I decided I wanted and NEEDED to make a change. So I changed my mind set (don’t get me wrong I am human and still struggle at times to press play) I also found accountability. That was the biggest thing for me. I don’t want to leave my accountability partners down. It also gives me the push I need when I don’t want to show up.
I am always looking to add accountability partners to my group. You can NEVER have to many am I right??? If your interested let me know😊
I’m back in the US!!! My mission trip in Guatemala was the most amazing experience. I hiked an active volcano on Friday (almost 5 miles total) which felt amazing. The view was breathtaking! I honestly didn’t think I would make it up the volcano due to the high altitude and my asthma, but I powered through 💪🏻
One thing I learned on my trip is that we should take one day at a time, and be thankful for what we do have instead of complaining about what we don’t have.

Early Monday morning workouts are such a challenge but I’m super lucky that my college girlfriend @heidikristoffer holds me accountable to show up to the new @Aloyoga Studio in Soho NY where she’s a resident teacher.
I probably wouldn’t do it for just anyone but I think that’s the special part of teaming up with your good friends to stay committed to fitness and your body goals.
Make sure to check out the classes happening at this new studio space, but def take Heidi’s CrossFlowX cardio yoga class bc there’s NOTHING quite like it for full body toning. 💪🏼
