Open up to new possibilities! It's a confidence thing, really. I must admit there have been moments of feeling a bit stuck lately. When I can see what I want but I haven't got a clue to how to achieve it.
Last week, I followed my own advice of starting with a big goal and then breaking it down into micro goals that I can achieve every day so I know I'm on the right path.
So here are my big goals:

Leeeeg day bruuuh!
Before this, I wasn't really feeling a 100% lol! I was too lazy to record myself, my head wasn't in the game, well because my program was to hit 10 reps on my back squats lol! But then after squats and 2 accessories exercises, I saw this Safety Bar Squats and told myself why not? .
I dont know how much the bar weighs but then I started doing 2 sets of 10 reps each.
Did 1 plate and 25s
Then add 10s
Then hit 2 plates.
I gotta tell ya, this exercise burnsss bruh! 🤣 Well after this I felt a lot better and Happy. Well because I actually followed my program and no ego lifts! 🤣💪💪

Let me be honest, working out 4-6 times per week sometime you need a lot of dedication and courage to do it. 💁🏻♀️ I want to make fitness fun for both me and my clients. 💥🙌🏻So, I always tell them to find something that will motivate them to show up. It could be a goal that will shake your core every time you think about it. Or, it could be a cute pair of leggings or gym clothes that you can’t wait to wear and workout in them. Trust me, it always works for us 😎 .

Friends, let me give it to you straight... I want to be called on my shit. And really, I think we all do, deep down. What do we honestly think of people who let us get away with it?
I feel like those people don’t care enough to cut me back down a size. They don’t care enough to tell me when I’m spouting bull or when I’m just making excuses because to them it’s just fine if I’m not living up to being my best self. And it’s not ok.
I always aim to keep growing, but you and I both know that growth is hard work and sometimes we skip. Sometimes I still make that excuse because it’s easy, because sometimes I feel like it’s too hard, because I’m human.
I need and you need and we all need people in our tribes who call us on that bullshit and hold us accountable for being our best version of Self. Not some second rate makes excuses self. We vibrate so much higher than that.
Don’t take shit, especially from yourself.
