Why worried about your stressful long day or that worries that won’t let you have peace within you. Though is easy to say,”let go and let God”..but in reality can cause sleepless night for us thinking about it and asking WHY? Here are some good sleep tip:
1. Take a bath (either long hot or cold water whichever sounds 😉)
2. Make yourself a nice dinner
3. Relax and tune in to movie channel read the info and watch something comedy or fun to watch(no depressing or sadist movie or horror night) but something beautiful to watch that at the end you can learn one thing or nothing but exciting/feeling happy to watch😁
4. Before going to sleep because it’s one of those days you down and feeling weak take your bible and read your favorite chapter or verse and pray (no friend like Jesus...take every worries to him because he cares)
5. Then lay your bed to your own way and lie on it and keep your phone or speaker close and not loud..play your playlist on your phone and deeply and gently you going into sleep world and beautifully and soundly you are in another world dreaming and fully relax..to be continued! .
