Visiting Colorado? ⭐🦈 A trip to the Downtown Aquarium is at the top of our list of things to do in Denver with kids. Our family enjoyed seeing the colorful aquatic exhibits, touching sting rays, and watching the live Mystic Mermaid show. See our visit highlights #ontheblog. ⭐ #visitdenver#createplaytravel
Maybe you heard this before.... “You attract what you talk about”
At the same time you also attract what you think about.
Why am I broke
why am I so lonely
Why am I......
Of the 60 to 80 thousand thoughts we have every day the majority is negative.
And the reality is that if these are your thoughts, you’re probably are broke, lonely and....
You ask so shall you...
Make your questions positive and your mind and body will search for positive answers and solutions.
What am I so awesome
Why do I have such beautiful relationships-
Just try it, you will be pleasantly surprised!
Today I thought I’d share a photos I took back in my home country, the UK. The location is a place called Durdle Door on the south coast in Dorset. I took this photo on my Drone, I’ve left the drone back at home but I now know that I should have packed it with me for NZ! The Door is a rock formation that juts out into the ocean with a hole in it. It’s a very beautiful place and not too far from where I’m from. I liked this photo out of all the ones I took on the day because the shadow that the rock was casting, to me it looks like an animal head with the eye and the mouth!
For the sake of your soul, venture out....
Don't live your life without ever taking a step out of your city limits. The things you will see and the stories that will be made are unimaginable. Make it a priority to explore in your city as well as around the world.
The memories to be made are like no other!!!
Love the colourful houses in Gaylang, Singapore! Standing in front of my favourite, bright pink 😍

Pho, the dishes Vietnam is famous for, might looks like a simple noodle soup. But the flavors and history are just as complex as the country it represents.
Many historian and culinary experts believe that pho is an adaptation of the French’s “pot au feu” that was introduced during their colonization of IndoChina in the 1800s.
There are mostly 2 kinds of pho. Pho bo (with beef) and pho ga (with chicken. Both recipes call for rice noodle and clear broth. Simple
But to bring the perfection to the dish is another story. True pho broth is a long-simmered affair. At least 3 hours to prepare the broth for pho ga, and 8 hours for the pho bo. The noodles is mostly homemade, using the highest quality of fragrant rice
A bowl of pho is more than the sum of its part. Each bowl is constructed individually. Tender rice noodles are in the bottom with a thin layers of sliced raw beef on top. RAW. Yes. Don’t fret! As long as your broth is steaming hot, it will cook the beef.
It’s still not done yet 😂
Pho is usually accompanied by freshly sliced chillies, Thai basil, bean sprouts, chilli sauce and lime. I love a lot of lime juice in my bowl. Fresh and yummy 🍜
The best part is, this dishes are everywhere in Hanoi (and all accross Vietnam, even Laos also according to my experiences). It’s available from dawn till dusk virtually everywhere. Nearby food stalls, pushcarts, even fancy restaurants
So just get yourself sitting nicely anywhere you want to devour a steaming bowl of pho. Eat until your belly full. And your wallet.. still pretty full also. This is Vietnam, after all 💕 .

The original birthday plan was to go to Big Bend National Park. (Shutdown ruined that.) Then I had one flat tire and one punctured tire the night before we had to leave. (Pierre fixed that.) After a few beautiful days in Hill Country, a fun detour in Galveston, and a delicious dinner with the husband and parents, #cursedbirthday was saved. #32
Tread lightly, but with intention. Even a one degree change, if maintained, can make a big impact. ⠀
When I first heard this I was a new teacher, feeling overwhelmed by all the things I could do better. My mentor told me it’s not possible to change everything at once, and to just pick one small thing and stick with it. It’s true, it did have far reaching positive impact on my craft. ⠀
What’s a one degree shift you can make to inch yourself closer to your ideals?⠀

I take living in San Diego for granted.
Most weekends, I’m seeking out elevation and altitude. I love climbing up tall peaks for views of endless mountain layers.
This weekend was a change of pace for me. It was my first time staying local, exploring San Diego, and if you can believe it, my first time shooting at Torrey Pines (after living here for a year and a half).
I had the opportunity to meet some pretty amazing photographers and learn to appreciate the beauty of what’s around me. ———————————————————
For years, I've been trying to time a trip to #BryceCanyon with a fresh layer of the white stuff... It was so much better than I hoped for!
Also, props to @utahgov for the job they've done during the ridiculous shutdown. I've been reading horror stories about some parks (@joshuatreenps), but I've hit 4 of the #Mighty5 in the past 3 weeks and haven't personally witnessed anything beyond the normal shitty people doing shitty things (off trail hiking, drones, ect...). If you decide to go to a National Park during this time, I'd strongly urge you to do the right thing and give a donation (if possible).

FOLLOW US @mustdocanada and @matthewgbailey for more 🇨🇦 - Had the chance to visit the Ice Magic Festival in Lake Louise yesterday. It was the last day for the artists to carve their masterpiece. This one, called “Ice Queen Treasures”, created by a duo from Latvia, was the one we voted for and it ended up winning all three awards: 1st place, carver's choice and people's choice! Wow! - Truly a work of art. Plus, the backdrop doesn’t hurt either. Video coming soon!!! Photo by @matthewgbailey - - #icemagic#icemagicfestival@banff_lakelouise
