Finally coming back to the gym after almost a month of shitty workouts and going like two-three times a week.
I was exhausted and I completely lost my motivation! .
As of today, I am back at full force💪🏽: had an amazing leg day, did some abs&cardio as well and I went to the grocery store to meal prep again!
Just know that it’s okay to take a break sometimes. Usually it’s your body telling you that it’s tired and that it needs some rest. Don’t feel bad or guilty about it loves! .
