After a long and exhausting day, it is finally time to go to sleep. You get ready for bed and once your head hits the pillow you are wide awake... Your brain is moving 1000 miles a minute thinking of chores that need to be done, tasks you still have to complete, and that email that you can't forget to send to your boss tomorrow morning. Your brain keeps swirling around thinking about how much laundry you still have to do and you have a cocktail of emotions swirled with professional tasks that need to be completed for the next day.
