Ok...so I’m coming in “late to the game” but I just tried this stuff for the first time this afternoon.
Ummm...while I’m not “bouncing off the walls” I am no longer yawning at my desk. 😳😜😂

Matcha. Matcha. Matcha. What the heck is matcha. Glad you asked! Matcha is basically a high quality green tea leaf powder, jam packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and guess what? Caffeine. My 2 favorite qualities of matcha are that it is said to boost your metabolism and keep your skin looking healthy and young. So why not incorporate it into our diets! Ready?! Grab a pen.
I have been working all day on a project that I can’t wait to share with you guys.. in the meantime, go out and grab the essentials:
Protein powder (I prefer vanilla)
Agave (you could use raw honey)
Coconut flakes (or oatmeal!) And pink himilayan salt (optional)
First time posting fitness progression pics, but I think they're in the right order! 1-3 before to after from the side, and 4-6 before to after from the front.
The first and fourth pictures were taken 9/28/18, directly after my first OTF class. I was 197 and had lost quite a bit of muscle, out of shape, 3.5mo. post-ACL surgery, and post 10mo. with an IUD (for me, the IUD prohibited fat burn despite 7mo. maintaining a calorie deficit and working out faithfully for 4mo.) I had also become more stagnant and been eating more regular meals in the first year of my relationship with #gingerlyjoe . A lot of factors contributing to decreased fitness and my body becoming unfamiliar to me.
The second and fifth pictures were on 1/19/19, at the beginning of OTF's Transformation Challenge. I weighed in at 180 and had steadily gotten stronger and faster!
And numbers 3 and 6 were 3/16/19! Transformation challenge over at the studio, but I'm still chasing my personal goals!! I feel good again, hale and hearty and sturdy, more alert, and sexy tbh! Having a focus on physical health has definitely played into my mental health choices of late, and I just can't stress how happy I am about the results I'm seeing and feeling after investing so much! Yay! 🦋

Vet ikke helt hvor jeg vil med denne, men! Ny dag, ny start. Å dagen i dag startet med en 1 times rask gange for å rekke barnehage og jobb ! Langt, kaldt, men relativt frisk og faktisk deilig start på dagen. Kommer nok definitivt til å gå mer nå som våren er her, men vi holder det til senvakt-uke. 🇬🇧 AHoy bitches !
Don’t know exactly what I’m going for with this post. Every day is a new beginning. Started the day with a one hour fast walk, and that’s how it goes with daycare and work having to match up. Nothing beats a long,cold but definitely refreshing start! And I’m definitely walking more this spring but keeping it real and will absolutely not do it combined with working mornings. #fresh#everydayisanewbeginning#easinginto#activelifestyle#loveit
