Weekend Vibes 💋
If I have learned anything since I started changing my life, it's that I am the only one that can push myself to achieve my goals. I have so much support from others but that only gets me so far. I need to be the one that does the work to succeed. I can't rely on others to do the work for me. Sneak Peek into coaching starts Wednesday! You in boo? #linkinbio
I’ve struggled with my mental and emotional health for as long as I can remember. Stress and worry, feeling down and sad, overthinking, triggers that cause breakdowns...For anyone out there that can relate (especially my fellow mommas our there), I want you to know that you are not alone. What if I told you that there are essential oils that help support emotional and mental health? Would you try them? Wouldn’t it be amazing to have something at your fingertips that is natural, healthy, and safe that you can use everyday that can help you? •
I’m so glad I took a giant leap of faith and gave essential oils a try. They literally changed my life. They have supported my mental and emotional health in ways I never thought possible. •
I want to see what these oils will do for you. Mommas, listen you are amazing and deserve to be happy. You can’t put a price on your health. You are worthy, you are incredible, you are enough.
I am here to support and encourage you. If you haven’t started your oily journey, I would love to walk you through the process and answer your questions.
This kit comes with 12 oils, hand purifier, samples of thieves cleaner and Ninxia Red, a beautiful diffuser, membership wholesale prices, and one on one support and encouragement from me💕
This young man envisioned this design; then helped us create the shirt. The youth doesn’t cease to amaze us with what they can produce when given a chance. This is true in basketball and life! With the proper guidance there is no limitations.
How many of you have actually done food tracking? Did you like it? Too much of a hassle? Eye opening? Too eye opening LOL
I fully support tracking your food, at least initially... Do you have to do it forever? No.... But it is a great place to start. I know there are people that support intuitive eating, but honestly- do you know how much to eat? Do you know what serving sizes look like? Do you know how much a serving of meat looks like? How about a serving of peanut butter? Or pasta? (both really sad once you have measured) Do you know how much protein you should be eating? (Biggest struggle with clients is getting enough protein in). I think a lot of fitness people that promote “intuitive eating” know how to do it because they have measured and tracked in the past. I mean let’s face it, if you knew how to intuitively eat- we wouldn’t have to lose weight right? Because you would stop eating when full and know portion sizes of food.
So.... I highly suggest getting a kitchen scale, downloading an app like my fitness pal or other food tracking app, and put in EVERYTHING you put in your mouth! And accurately... this means actually weighing out portion and serving sizes ( you know- those numbers on the nutritional label that tell you how many grams per serving size), limiting restaurant foods or fast foods(there are macros for some but let’s me real as to how accurate they really are), and being consistent with tracking (not just here and there when you feel like it). Yeah its a lot of work at first and it is SUPER EYE OPENING but IT WORKS!!! It forces you to not have a blindfold on (insert bird box picture,LOL) to what you are eating and wondering why you are not losing weight.... Also there is no magic in certain foods! Just because you are eating Whole Foods and not crap does not instantly mean you will lose weight- you can still be overeating these foods!!(big mistake once for me in my past)
I guarantee if you do this accurately and are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight! Plain and simple!! No gimmicks, no fads, no special foods- just consistency to really putting in the work to lose the weight.

I’ve aged terribly in the last 2 hours but feeling awesome - 75 minute spinbike session done for W9W6 #roadtokona2020 while watching @liverpoolfc in a nerve racking 4-3 win over Crystal Palace - still top of the league and 7 points clear with 15 games to go🙏🙏🙏
Smilings definitely my favorite
You know what’s not my favorite
Working 8-430 every day
I mean life can be so overwhelming, right?
But that’s just it
If I always focused on the Shit I hate I’d be pretty miserable
So thank Goodness I have made some personal goals to read/listen to personal development podcasts and books every day
Just like anything else
The more you do things consistently
They just become part of your life and who you truly are
Small changes done over time really do become habits
Anyone want to create some good healthy habits with me and yes it includes the MIND too!

It doesn’t have to taste bad to be good.🤷🏻♂️⠀
Many people struggle with their nutrition because they think they know what eating healthy looks like. Healthy foods, though, do not have to taste like grass, tree 🌲 bark, and dirt. Nor do they have to always look the same…⠀
A diet of broccoli 🥦 and chicken 🍗 will probably eventually get you to your goal weight, but will you be able to maintain that diet for the rest of your life so you can stay there? Probably not.⠀
The amazing thing about nutrition is it’s redundancy… you can get the same nutrients from many different types of foods. If you don’t like spinach… no problem! Try arugula 🥗 or curly endive. Very similar nutrition profile. Not a fan of broccoli? That’s ok… try asparagus or Swiss Chard. Need omega 3’s in your diet but hate even the SMELL of fish? 🐟 Try adding chia seeds or flax to a smoothie, or using flaxseed oil with a bit of vinegar in your salads.⠀
When you are improving your diet to make it healthier and assist you in losing weight, you don’t want to put yourself on some crazy, chicken 🍗 and peas only, diet. It makes no sense. Sure, you can do it for a while… but eventually, you’re just not going to be able to stomach ONE. MORE. PEA. And then what?⠀
Eating healthy for the long term is more about coming up with a plan that you can maintain. So consider switching it up and trying different foods that offer the same benefit… but add a bit of variety and flavor. Your appetite will thank you. 👏🏼 #urbanfitnessdublin#achieveyourgoals#trackyourfood#iifym#weightloss#weightlossgoals#fitnessmotivation#weightlosscoach#healthyishappy
To break a bad habit is hard, whether you are 5 years old or 50, 60, or 70. She’s been sucking her thumb for years as a self soothing technique and we thought it was not that harmful until we were reaffirmed it could ruin her teeth. She stopped sucking her thumb a day or two at a time and went as close to 1 month. Sadly, during the winter break, she began sucking her thumb again and has been taking her gloves off in the middle of the night-she didn’t do this before (maybe it’s too hot at night). We keep trying again everyday.
The point of this post is, it takes times to break a habit. Like a smoker or someone who drinks (you fill in the blank), the first time you try to do something, it maybe hard. You may not succeed. Just keep trying. Sometimes, it take the 8th, 9th, or 10th time. Don’t give up. You are one step closer to your goals or breaking your bad habit. #keepontrucking#breakthebadhabit#successredefined#goals#achieveyourgoals#onestepclosertoyourgoal#dontgiveup#make2019youryear#stopsmoking#nomorethumbsucking

I used to be the type of the guy who just planned every single details, who thought about it for days on end. Let me tell you, many times, i just missed the chance.
Now i’m not saying to just go in without a plan but don’t overthink it too much.
When i started to just do shit, instead of overthinking them in my head and planning them a million times, my life became simpler.
It may have not always worked out, but i still find it to be better than to not do anything, cause the things that do work out, are worth it.
When i started this page, i didn’t really know how, why or what i’m gonna do with it, i just did it. Hell, look where i’m at now 😂😂. .
