Kemarin, Pak Jokowi menyempatkan untuk sholat Jumat di Masjid tercinta kita, Masjid Bani Umar. Dalam rangka untuk menyerahkan sertifikat tanah wakaf kepada 12 perwakilan dari 351 orang penerima sertifikat di Masjid Bani Umar, Tanggerang selatan.
Tak lupa Pak Jokowi menghampiri Nini untuk bersilahturahmi di rumah singgah yang bertepatan disebelah Masjid kita tersebut.
Nini‘pun terlihat sangat bergembira. Semoga Allah selalu memberikan keselamatan dan kesehatan penuh kepada Nini dan Pak @jokowi. Sehat-sehat selalu ya Pak!
I created this account for two reasons. First, I want to document my powerlifting journey as I prepare to compete for the first time. Secondly, I hope to share what I've learned about training, nutrition, form and basically anything fitness related that I wish I knew years ago in hopes of helping others reach their full potential.
I started lifting almost 7 years ago. My workouts were very hypertrophy/ powerbuilding oriented for about the first 5 years of my training. Without knowing it, I slowly started to transition away from hypertrophy work and began a more powerlifting-esque training regiment simply because I enjoyed lifting heavier weights. Then in September, I found @maxxchewning on YouTube and proceeded to watch every video he created. This inspired me to give powerlifting a try, and I started a powerlifting program in September. My bench has always been a strong point for me, and my squat was pretty good, but I had never deadlifted before because I feared injury and didn't think I could master the form. So in September, I tried deadlifting for the first time, and managed 365 lbs for a max. Earlier this month, I hit 550 for a deadlift max, and am hoping to pull 600 at my first meet in May. In my next post, I will share my secrets that helped me progress almost 200 lbs on my deadlift in only 6 months! Follow me as I progress in my training!
First time wearing knee wraps in my life. Worked up to about 91.5% of my sleeve max. Felt a lot harder than I thought and technique felt completely different for me than with sleeves. I was hoping to do way better but I guess you can’t be good at something you’ve never done before. Sets are 375, 355 and 315. 2 angles for each weight. Thanks @hunter1love for wrapping my knees and showing me what to do, and @kellyy_blake for being in the background making fun of me doing stupid shit as usual. Ok, promise this is the last time I’m doing stupid shit in the next 16 weeks...3 more weeks before I start my prep cycle...
