Been hibernating past few days and saying no to a lot of awesome invitations. Having focus and boundaries supports me in completing all the epic projects I’m up to at the moment. The full Moon in Aries on September 24th and 25th is asking us to do just that, be bold in our greatness! Aries are known for their fearlessness and boldness, even when it might get them into trouble somehow they know deep down being bold is the only logical option for them in that moment. Aries act out on their emotions before fully allowing them to settle. Passion driven people once they have a goal good luck trying to convince them it can't happen. It is time to take the lessons we've learned in the first 3 quarters of the year and end the year with a bang. All of us have one foot in front while the other foot is still in the past trying to predict the future. Instead of trusting the future we desire has already be created but we must take the next step forward with blind faith. .
This Full Moon is asking us:
Can we trust that we won't make the same mistakes again and take one step at a time trusting our inner self?
Can we take all the lessons we've learned about ourselves and past and let them go to allow new lesson in?
Without a glimpse of the outcome can we take a leap of faith just for the ride?
Can we use this Aries energy and just say fuck it, what's mines will always be mines and just go out and get it?
Can we allow just our passion to fuel us and trust that a play will form on it own? .
It time for us to be bold, what's the point of living if you're not going to take a few risk. .

Yoga is NOT turning yourself into a fucking pretzel...yoga is connecting the mind and body...making them work together for harmony in your wellbeing.
This maybe pretty basic is uttanasana but the benefits are phenomenal...especially to relieve tension and calm the mind and soothe the nerves, whilst stretching the hips, hamstrings and calves and extension through the full of the spine, breaking up tension in the spine, shoulders and neck....I hang here most days after a day in the office ☺️✌🏼 but was good to relay the benefits pre fight to Viktor...remember the mind monkey can’t focus on two things at once...keep it busy doing the things that benefit the tools you need for whatever reason in life! 👌🏼🕉💗 #mxpfitness#teamwork#yoga#muaythai

Lately I’ve been doing some yoga practices; mostly on YouTube, but sparked by a yoga class and massage hat my Sid and I attended a few weeks ago. It was heavenly. And, everyday in school, the life skills class where I’m a PCA listens to a meditation on mindfulness. I’m getting hooked! I made myself an eye mask as a treat for myself. It’s filled with rice, flax seed, and dried lavender buds. I made it with a removable, washable cover. But I’m wondering if that’s overkill. Lol Also, I think next time I’ll adjust to a little more flax seeds and a little less rice. I love how the weight of the flax feels on my face. What would you all prefer? Lately I’ve been a lot into my yin practice !
As fall settle in, it’s time to calm our rythm as well ! 🍂
In chinese medecine, fall is related to the yin meridian of the lungs.
And the energy of the lungs is “letting go”.
Getting ready to let go what no longer serves me before tomorrow’s full moon ; the harvest moon 🌕.
But also taking the time to feel grateful for all the experiences and lessons learned so far. 🙏🏻
I’m really into the law of emergence and I do believe that whatever the name ; Ātman, Nirvana, Heaven, Dao.... it’s all inside of us !

One of my favorite features are my legs. I love to train them hard and heavy. I keep them firm year round by incorporating legs 2-3 times per week and doing steady state fasted walking in the mornings. I have been able to keep off cellulite for the past 3 years 💪🏼👊🏼 it was not easy but by maintaining an active and healthy eating lifestyle I have been able to accomplish it #TeamNoCellulite
