Sooo excited to start my booth camp training one on one with my awesome new personal trainer @lukewood_ he is going to drive to a park near where I live to train me after work so I can stick to my commitment. He’s a legend!
I used to be a gym junkie working out 7 days a week before I had #gravesdisease and #thyroideyedisease had to stop due to the stress on my heart from heart palpitations. I have also been on steroids to decrease inflammation. These are used to increase weight in body builders. Then had my whole thyroid removed which controls metabolism. I have had everything stacked against me up until now💪🏻. I have done well to maintain the weight I am currently now I put that down to my plant based food. So now I am off the steroids as of last week, I have the green light to go hard at it! I want to re build my core strength and become physically strong. Remember grave disease warriors and autoimmune warriors there is a light at the end of the tunnel just get ready to kick ass and be a bad ass plant based lover 💋💋💋Can’t wait new beginnings, fresh starts!!!!
