Sunday vibes 🙄 It's been gym training since October. Perfect way to stay in shape during offseason from fishing and other activities. The well being has increased so dramatically that maybe I continue at least until my forties 😊
hey you. yes, you. I want you to know that you are beautiful and perfect. 💯 you are a force to be reckoned with. and if you set your mind to it, you can do ANYTHING. 💪🏼🏃🏻♀️🍀
that last rep. that fear of trying a new exercise. that fear of stepping foot into the gym, you can conquer it. ✨ that fear of trusting the process.
YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO. 🌈 you are capable, pliable, and STRONG, whether you see it in you or not. whatever is trying to get in your way, bulldoze through it. be a #bossbabe today. you ALWAYS had it in you. 💥 now you just have to let it manifest it’s way out. #believeinyourself#loveyourself#workonyourself
Forget that I look really awkward and can’t pose but so happy with the progress I’ve made on my back🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ Used to hate training it and be totally clueless but since I did research n shit I’ve never felt more confident in what I’m doing n it’s honestly just something where I’m learning more and more every day 🙅🏻♀️ Haven’t got a photo to compare it to on this phone it was on my old one 😞
Hey guys, so here is yesterday’s chest and triceps workout. I always like to start off with a quick mobility warm up which usually consists of some basic yoga flows to just wake up my body. On chest day I follow that up with 3 sets of push ups, usually around 15 reps. I’ve really been getting into drop sets lately so any time you see (DS) or (Drop Set), complete the first exercise with your normal weight and then repeat the same exercise with half the weight. DO NOT rest between those sets. Remember to drop your shoulders during the bench sets to keep the focus on your chest. It’s easy to start to come up and let your shoulders start to dominate the movement. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
It’s kinda like our commitment “You do, I do too.” with my trainer. 🙄
So “Pit of Despair” from Chiangmai Crossfit. .

Feel like countdown to hell.
Chiangmai Crossfitters are insanely strong damn super human. 🔥🔥🔥 Even you are not in competition, you can compete to yourself at home. 🙄
It's new to start a competition with PR's! Easy 107 snatch as a first attempt last saturday.
Clean & Jerk is another story, I did not get a total because all of my lifts were disapproved by the judges. Will keep you guys posted!
Competition 88 is done, still a lot to learn.

Some clips with @li_strength Head Coach Rob and @trainingcamphq getting in some work this weekend.
Some movements are easy when done incorrectly and some movements are just as tough when done incorrectly; however, when done incorrectly you increase your risk of aggregating your body or worse...injury! We focus on correcting form and getting better and staying healthy to continue training💪 Head Coach Rob Labiento is redefining group training done the right way ! Come see for yourself at #LiStrength ! 💪

Swipeee to see what a 2hr leg session got me likeeee 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼
Not much difference apart from I put my hair into a bun and got a lil sweaty. Working out makes me feel SOO good, I literally love everything about it. Even the horrible cardio sessions that kill me (I still love the after feeling once it’s complete 🤣)... the reason I made this page was to motivate and inspire others to go workout out and live a healthy lifestyle... it’s not just about the physical changes it’s about the mental changes too ❤️... so if your looking for a reason to get up and go then here it is... GO ❤️🤘🏼 (if I can do it after a back injury anyone can!) #prelegday#postlegday#postlegdayfeels#weighttraining#weighttrainingwomen#davidlloyds
Your body cannot go where your mind cannot 💫
When things didn’t seem possible for me, they never were. Most of the time it’s only our mind stopping ourselves from most of the things we want to accomplish. 🗣
First Picture: April 29th,2015 😔
I was trying to pull myself out of a very sunken place. I had gotten dangerously skinny due to stress, toxic relationships, and a poor stress-starve mentality. I remember being in this warehouse that day - getting ready to do a photo shoot to attempt to find confidence somewhere inside of me. It was a miserable day. I look back at that girl now and I just apologize to her over and over again for not protecting her energy, not loving herself, and not fighting for what truly made her happy. That girl is not me anymore, but I still love her. Way more now then I ever did then. 💕 .
Second Picture: January 18th, 2019 😅
Headed to the hot tub with a man who adores me, respects me and supports me. Something I didn’t know if I’d ever have. 175 lbs solid lol (and a little fluffy), but happy, truly happy, confident, not perfect, and not trying to be, & in a loving relationship with myself. There isn’t anything you could tell me, say to me or do to me that would ever change that. GRATEFUL 🌱 .
To all my amazing new followers who are new to my journey, I thank you 💕💕
As a birthday treat I got to spend the day learning how to make doughnuts at @breadaheadbakery 🍩 And yes, I ate them all 🙌🏻

Just finished listening to a fascinating podcast about the science of happiness by @drchatterjee@meikwiking. Thought I would share some take-home messages I got out of it ⬇️ -
1️⃣ Money matters, but money does not necessarily buy happiness. As long as you have sufficient income to meet your basic needs/your income is not a cause of stress, additional financial gain does not seem to make a difference to whether most people are happy or not.
2️⃣ It’s important to recognise that no one is happy 100% of the time. It’s perfectly normal to go through life with highs AND lows - so try to get comfortable with that. There is nothing wrong with you if you’re going through a little spell where life doesn’t feel amazing - things will get better. -
3️⃣ Take happiness from the simple things. Learn to appreciate sipping your coffee in the morning, your hot shower at night, your 10 minute phone call with a loved one. This will help to give you perspective & make a normal day seem like a great one. -
4️⃣ Find some meaning in your life. Whether that’s something within your professional life to make an impact, or even something in your personal life such as providing emotional support to others & prioritising your relationships. Generosity & purpose are proven to affect how happy you are. -
5️⃣ Exercise 🚴🏼♀️, Diet 🍎, Stress 🤯, Sleep 😴- If you can make small changes to each of these to become more healthy, it’s a GUARANTEE that the result will be a better form of yourself. Health & happiness are heavily intertwined - in most cases one comes with the other. -
6️⃣ Mindfulness on social media - there seems to be an increase in posts bashing people for only sharing their best moments - I personally don’t have a problem with this, & while I’m mindful of what I post with regards to the impact it might have on others, I think it is your own responsibility (to an extent) to take the things you see with a pinch of salt. Be selective of the people you follow with regards to what you want to see on a daily basis. -
7️⃣ Rather than focussing on the pursuit of happiness, focus on the happiness in the pursuit. Enjoy the process involved with achieving your goals.
