After a bunch of main meals it’s time for dessert! 🍧 ⠀
Shaved ice was one of the items on my Japan food bucket list. There was so much of it everywhere - I was very hesitant to choose one 🙃 This shaved ice ☝🏼 came from a hostel that looked so nice it made us wish we stayed there instead of our hotel 😆 It had such a cute cafe, after passing it a couple of times we finally decided to come in. And we didn’t regret it! The flavour we went for was condensed milk 🤤 The BEST flavour shaved ice can have in my opinion! 🙈💛 #JxAinJapan#YuliyaFoodie
May pic na ako pang Christmas card! Grateful for all the opportunities to travel and for magical places like this. I always imagined visiting places like this from movies and storybook fairy tales I used to read when I was a kid. And now, I get to visit places like this in real life.
Not sure who among the #TravelPalsinSapporo took this shot of me, but thank you! 😁
May 18 and the umbrellas in Belfast.
Admittedly, I meant to go to the umbrellas in Carrickfergus (about 12 miles away) but when I googled 'umbrellas Belfast' instead of 'umbrellas northern ireland' it came up with these in the cathedral quarter of Belfast.
Happy accident as the murals at the back of the dark horse pub were amazing, the artwork all around the walls was phenomenal. And it had one of the game of thrones doors so worked out well.
I ate dulce at the bar (like seaweed) over a coffee, which gets all stuck in your teeth, making you look like you have no teeth, which led to loads of interesting photos you may never see #gummyrich#umbrella#umbrellas#belfast#darkhorse#colour#colourful#dulce#northernireland#europe
Last light at Mt. Rainier. Clear skies were in the forecast, so we instantly knew that sunset was going to be incredible. I always tend to forget how long the light last while you’re up in the mountains. As much as I love summer, I’ve been enjoying these cold winter days in Washington.

Back in the Northwest and the winter weather is moody as ever.
