Here's the most important exercise you can do starting today... ready? It is pretty simple: protect your energy and mood ✨
When you are in a GOOD mood, stress free and well rested EVERYTHING becomes better and easier! You are more focused, more present, funner to be around, more creativite and much more productive.
Do whatever it takes to get you in that state. One of the easiest ways for me is to come up with 3 things I’m grateful for today - it instantly shifts my perspective.
Move more, play, get outside, sleep more, eat well, surround yourself with fun, positive and uplifting people and schedule time to just think and dream
Do whatever you have to do to get you to that place.
It's not selfish to take care of yourself. It IS selfish not to as everything else suffers when you are in a bad mood and low on energy. You become unfocused, distracted, and certainly not present or productive❤️

OATMEAL is much healthier than bread as breakfast, right? 🥣🌿 Well not exactly... They are both nutritious choices as a start of the day. Ps, it’s not a good time for fresh strawberries. This photo was taken in the summer! ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ____⠀⠀ On the left I’ve spread the toast with 15 g of natural peanutbutter, on the right I’ve added 15 g of mixed unsalted nuts. Besides that oats contain a bit more fat per 100 g than wholewheat bread. Bread contains about 1,5 g of fat per 100 g and oats about 8 g per 100 g. The rest is just unsweetened soy yoghurt, fruit and chiaseeds. ____⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Firstly it depends on how much slices of bread you’re eating, what and how much you’re spreading it with. On this picture you can see 2 breakfasts with about the same amount of calories (400 kcal) and nutrients. Both contain about 45 g of carbs and 8 g of fiber 👉🏼 3 slices of bread (3x25g) delivers the same amount of carbs as 50 g of oats. Both are a good source of fibers but there are different kinds of fiber as well. Oats contain a type of fiber which is called beta-glucan that lowers the cholesterol levels! ____ Another difference is the amount of salt, oatmeal is very low in salt while this portion (👆🏼) of bread almost contains 1 g of salt. This isn’t disastrous and not specifically a bad thing because we need salt to function properly, but something to keep in mind. ____ What are your thoughts about bread? Which one would you choose? BIG LOVE, @nubskitchen

Hi ladies! I apologize for the delay! Working on some exciting things and got sidetracked! Here is Tip 3 from Coach Jen @harborstrides
Tip 3: Take a Walk
Walking is great for cross training, active recovery & rehab, but it is also practical race preparation. If something goes wrong during a race and running isn’t possible or just too uncomfortable, there are a few ways to the finish line but only one way to earn the medal - completing the course under your own steam.
I found out the hard way walking uses different muscles than running. Replacing a few easy runs with walking will strengthen these muscles and can also help your running by improving overall strength and endurance. Run happy & strong!!
