I had my first child almost 5 yrs ago and had been struggling with postpartum depression. It's exhausting!
I should be so happy to bring this child into the world but I just couldn't. I feel like someone dropped me in the ocean and I have just been paddling because that's what I am supposed to do. I wake up, go to work, make dinner, put my son to bed, clean the house, and go to bed just to repeat all that again.
I decided that I was tired of being tired. I needed a change so I decided that I am going to take 30 minutes a day to work on my mental and physical health.
Focusing on this journey means that I can be the living proof of both mental and physical transformation. In the short time that I have been helping myself I'm no longer dreading waking up, I'm not feeling worn down, I'm not avoiding going out to play with my son, and the BEST part is I'm decreasing my dosage on anti-depressants!

I’ve been experimenting with alchemy lately, and it’s been great. Used to have minor scoliosis so I’ve been using the directions of energy principles to release natural #DMT. You can flex your pineal gland by sitting up straight, and feeling the Tesla tower of energy that is your Chakras straighten. At the very top of your spinal cord connecting the brain to the spine is the pineal gland.
You have to accept the uncertainty that OCD wants you to have. We can never be certain of most things. When we face our fears and do the opposite of what OCD wants, it loses it's power. Cow's & other "non-human" milk is only meant for cows & "non-humans." Human mothers milk is only meant for the off-spring of that woman.
By the way, cow milk does not make our bones stronger whatsoever. Cow milk along with any other animal product is highly acidic. Our bodies are not supposed to be acidic they are supposed to be alkaline.
So what happens when a human consumes animal protein? The human body quickly has to find a way to neutralize the acidity or else we would literally die within minutes. So the human body takes calcium phosphate out of our bones and uses the phosphate to neutralize the acidity.
The calcium cannot be put back into our bones so it comes out when we urinate, this literally marking our bones brittle and weak so that by the time we are in our 40s and 50s, we have joint pain and bone fractures.
Countries who eat the most meat and consume the most milk have the highest rates of osteoporosis, heart disease and cancer. It’s not a coincidence.
That’s what our governments want us to do however. They want us to be sick all the time so that they can make more money off selling us useless pharmaceuticals that keep us sick. It’s a constant cycle.
