Letting @tomweightz take the wheel and start programming for me again.
I'm sick and tired of getting hurt and not having a game plan in the gym so here it is day 1 of the program called for a top single on squats at 315×1 and followed by tempo squats at 225 3×5 (3-3-0)
Oh and I like to make things harder on myself so these where done raw raw no belt and knee sleeves and going back to squatting in flats.

I think the best way to get proper cardio in is through doing something you enjoy, such as hiking, bike riding or football like myself 🙌 This way you can really push yourself without even really feeling like it, I was wearing my Fitbit during this kick about and burned over 400 calories in an hour, whilst enjoying it
