In addition to programming our athletes have the ongoing support of the Hybrid online community and well regarded coaches from different disciplines such as Crossfit, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting, who are there to provide feedback on technique and to help you modify your workouts to fit your individual needs and goals.

Today I am one PROUD coach!
When Jeanna joined our team last June, she was coming off of a few really difficult months in her personal life. In our first conversation, she tearfully told me that she was ready to finally put herself first after spending so long taking care of everyone else.
At that time, her doctor talked to her about starting blood pressure and cholesterol medication. She asked her doctor for some time to try to get healthier on her own before taking that next step.
Not only did Jeanna find out last week that her blood pressure, cholesterol, and BMI are back in a healthy range, but this morning she finished the longest program available in our company.
There have been a number of challenges in her life over the last nine months, but she’s refused to give up on herself. She’s made great progress when it comes to her physical health, but what I’m most proud of is how she’s completely transformed internally.
So grateful to be on this journey with you, lady! Can’t wait to see what you do next!!
