Keep a neutral spine at all times or you’ll reduce your life expectancy by 20 years! .
Whilst it’s good practice to keep a neutral spine whilst performing any exercise loading the spine, it’s still context dependent. .
The 3 different curves of the spine including the cervical (neck), thoracic (mid-back) and lumbar (low-back) have different tolerances to load and range of motion. .
The cervical and lumbar are more favoured towards stability and the thoracic to mobility as a generalisation. However they still all have some capacity to flex and extend. .
There can be benefit to loading the spine in a slightly flexed or extended positions in order to strengthen it specific to this position. However I would always advocate to avoid loading it at end ranges of of flexion or extension. Also if you have any pre-exisiting back injury you would likely be best off to try and maintain a neutral spine pending what the specific injury is. .
Overall don’t be afraid for slight deviations from neutral spine every now and again. Initially you should learn to maintain a neutral spine then once you’ve mastered the fundamentals and pending the exercise, a little bit of flexion or extension here and there may be fine.

After so many shoulder work out for strengthening, your shoulder and upper back will get strength but also tighter
This is the pose I like to help open the shoulder and upper back
1. You can use the mirror and wall for this
2. Get ready in pincha position elbow more in then lift both legs to the mirror
3. Slowly drop the both legs to the mirror
4.when it's comfortable slowly put both legs to the wheel
5. Push your chest forward
