I love this conversation; more of this! And love the Beuys reference.

Pssssst: it’s not just about selling stuff/yourself.
I watch my “feed” (just the utterance (albeit internally) brings to mind, force feeding, and makes me flinch/cringe) I feel like a voyeur to a giant, indecisive.... hive mind. Whether that concerns fashion, vintage fashion, music, art- what have you-flickering, flowing ads interspersed between.....
from town to country (and the brooklyn loft in between) high, low, & sideways - only real difference is budget and marketing prowess. Things move so fast, I don’t think anyone has time to think at all..... I’m equally dizzy and blasé.
I am a reflection of my time.
So are you.
What have ‘we’ become?
I ponder these mysteries of the universe while embracing my inner narcissistic beast.... I plan my ensembles like a soldier preparing for battle.. equal parts
armor /a mask/ a bit of magic.... < photos:

I want a big fat account, and I'm happy to be working on it now! And yes I'm excited!😂💪😎 When I was younger (like after university) I wasn't that bold when it comes to money. Years and responsibilities later, I realized that there's nothing wrong with wanting more money. You can actually do more for the things and people that matter to you when you have more. Money isn't the root of all evil. How you value money, how you look at it and use it, will either break or make you. #wealthmindset
"I’ve always been SUPER chatty. I like texting, but it takes too long. Phone calls are great, but I miss seeing people’s faces and reactions. FaceTime, though, is the worst—hahhah! Because I’m rarely ready to video chat LIVE and to keep holding my phone up. When my friend introduced me to Marco Polo last year, it was like an answer to my extrovert prayers. I could leave a personal video message and connect with those I love (and those I work with) when I had a free moment, and then they could respond when they had a free moment. I find that I use this app more than my texting, phone, and email combined. It’s just so much easier to communicate, to understand, and to share memories. And, BONUS, I can connect with my teenagers wherever they are and see EXACTLY where they are. If they text that they’re at a football game, I write back, 'Prove it on Marco!' hahah!" - @AnnaIsTheWorst@KidsAreTheWorst⠀
