(Ignore the other stuff around the pictures) This is me and my sister's mini wall of fame but just pictures of us meeting famous people. Far left picture was when we met Cavs player Richard Jefferson in 2016. Picture in middle is when we met Kenny Lofton from the Indians and lastly the picture in which some might have seen on me and my sisters account was when we met the band Daughtry earlier this year (2018). #famouspeople#richardjefferson#kennylofton#chrisdaughtry#daughtry
Monday’s With Morghan!
This past weekend I flew to Tucson to witness somebody who is like a sister to me, have her college jersey retired. Her name is Ify Ibekwe @ifyibekwe and she’s been my ACE since we were 14 and 15 years old. We went to high school and played basketball together up until college. This weekend her alma mater the University of Arizona retired her jersey. She leads the entire athletic department in double-doubles (55), and recorded over 1000 points and rebounds during her time at U of A. Her jersey now hangs in the arena with some of the pioneers of Arizona basketball such as #RichardJefferson#ChaseBudinger#GilbertArenas, #LukeWalton, #AdiaBarnes#ChanningFrye and so many more! DO NOT let her pretty smile fool you, she WILL give you buckets PERIOD! It was such an honor to be apart of her special moment along side her family and closest friends. We were all in tears as we watched her strut her stuff across the court and be celebrated by the loyal fans of Tucson and honored by U of A. Women’s basketball is still truly on the rise and Ify I am so incredibly happy for you. I wouldn’t have missed this for anything!
#RichardJefferson says #LeBronJames asked him about Luke Walton before deciding to sign with the Lakers this summer.
Richard Jefferson, a close friend of both James and Luke Walton, told Howard Beck on “The Full 48” podcast that James asked him about his former teammate at Arizona: “I talked to ‘Bron about Luke before ‘Bron made his decision and he was like ‘Yo, tell me about Luke,’ and I’m like ‘Dude, find someone to say something bad about him.’ He’s been in the league, he’s been around, if you want to do some due diligence find someone to say something bad about Luke.” The implication of that is that there isn’t anyone with anything bad to say about Walton, and Jefferson thinks that’s just part of why Walton was and continues to be the right coach for this Lakers team:
He cares about basketball the right way, and on top of it you look at the way the young players have gotten better. #KyleKuzma, #BrandonIngram, even #LonzoBall in this short amount of time, #JoshHart ... Those guys didn’t get better because, no disrespect, because of #RobPelinka and #MagicJohnson ... All of those guys got better because of the work the coaches put in.”

Richard Jefferson: "If you were to ask me at the beginning of my career which cities i didn't want to play in, it would have been like Cleveland, Milwaukee, Minnesota, Memphis... after i spent two years in Cleveland, I swear its one of my favorite places."
