I love the gym so much & the manager is wonderful. 🙌🏼 Fitness is a huge passion of mine, I started lifting weights about 2 years ago but before that I was a cross country and track athlete for around 10 years. Being fit and healthy is really important to me! I love the idea of being strong, especially a strong woman. I believe lifting weights and being physically strong isn’t just for guys. I always tell myself the heavier the weight, the better! 🙌🏼👊🏼Lifting/ Working out has so many positive outcomes... the way I see it is you get stronger physically, your mentality gets stronger, your health improves and your body transforms into something amazing and it truly makes you happy. I’ll never stop working towards my goals and you shouldn’t either. Good fun coaching a small group tonight for indoor cycling! 15 minutes of warming up with a few minutes firing up our muscle fibers getting to threshold briefly. Then, five climbs. One below threshold, two at threshold and two above threshold!
