Will Apple’s new streaming service steal users away from other services. My guess is it won’t. According to Amazon prime users, the biggest reason they subscribe is for the free 2-day shipping. Amazon prime goes far beyond just a streaming service. Further, Netflix and Hulu can be added to Apple’s product as a channel. There is no need to use one and not the other. Additionally, many people have multiple subscriptions and don’t rely on just one source of content. I think if anyone is affected, it will be Amazon. People will need to make a decision to either pick the fire stick or Apple’s new product. They do essentially the same thing and someone will need to differentiate themselves.-

Some people instantly associate “taking risks” as a bad thing. When that’s not always the case, taking risks can help you grow in all aspects of your life. Lets get this clear first though, make make sure that whatever the risk is....is worth the reward. There’s no need to to take a “small risk” when you’re only gonna get a small reward 🙃
Take that same amount of faith that you put into that small risk and redirect it into taking a BIG risk that will equate into BIGGER rewards. Because the only thing that’s holding you back from receiving that reward is yourself.....trust in what you’re doing is right but have faith in HIM first to help you with your decision making. We promise you once you get over that fear, you’ll be a lot happier that you did 🙏🏾

If you’re concerned about tightening the skin, getting a natural lift, natural contour and toning the skin then you’re going to want to watch my story. .
But in case you miss that. Here is the break down✏️
Microcurrent is a treatment that uses your body’s natural electrochemical responses to stimulate the facial muscles.
📌This stimulation is essentially a facial work out that strengthens the underlying muscle which in turn results in tighter skin on top of the muscle.
📌this treatment also encourages lymph drainage which generally will depuff the skin.
📌You will see and feel a subtle difference after your first treatment but the results last longer and get better the more you do it. This is the same concept as working out, the more your work out the better your result.
📌This is a great treatment to try first if you’re considering invasive treatments for tighter and lifted skin.
📌Most spas have packages and if you have concerns I would opt for a package as opposed to a one time treatment
📌A single treatment is likely to last up to a week and is a great option for pre event lifting and depuffing
📌Nuface is a good at home option for helping your result last longer but it won’t be as effective as a professional treatment since the strength of the current greatly differs.
📌It’s not painful though you may experience some twitching or even taste some metal.

DON’T BE FOOLED BY HEALTHY OPTIONS!🥗🚫Tag a friend who needs to see this!🙋🏽♂️
- “🔥 First off, this post is by request and yes…. I know what you’re thinking 😜 and it’s ok! I’m probably thinking it right now too! But we don’t need to discuss that right now, because I’m just here to make a simple point… not about what the healthiest foods in the planet are, or the unhealthiest foods, but about context and understanding the details. So let’s chat, shall we? - 💁🏻♂️ The first point I want to make is this: just because something is deemed healthy by society does not mean it’s not loaded with calories. Do calories make it “bad”? Nope, that’s not what I’m saying either. BUT, there is a ‘price to pay’ for excess calorie consumption (assuming total calories for the day are exceeded) and that’s typically a nudge upward on the scale (or weight gain over time). - 🍔 Similarly, just because something is lower in calories does not make it inherently “healthy” — it just makes it lower in calories. Like in this example, the double cheeseburger and small fry, with a Diet Coke and kiddie ice cream cone has 200 less calories than the salad, fruit, parfait and the mango pineapple smoothie. It’s all relative to what’s inside. - 👉🏼 The real reason the meal on the left has 200+ more calories is because of the smoothie, so if you drop that you’ll be in good shape. However, the point I’m trying to make is that sometimes you simply need to take a closer look at the food choices you make day-to-day, and not just ‘go by the book’ that society is reading. - 🤓 My point? Optimal health is a combination of being a healthy bodyweight, in moderately good or great physical condition, enjoying yourself and the foods you eat, feeling good in your body and much, much more. So, that just goes to show that you can eat on both side of the infographic, just understand WHERE this is impacting your health and wellness, not just that it is.” -
