If you say that something is WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE, it means that it happened in the past and can’t be changed, so there is no point in worrying about it anymore (it’s not important anymore).
✅ I know it was awful when you lost your job, but it’s water under the bridge and you have to move on!
✅ Yes, we’ve had some disagreements, but that’s water under the bridge now.
✅ The argument we had is water under the bridge now, don’t worry about that.
✅ My sister and I used to hate each other when we were teenagers, but that’s water under the bridge - we have a good relationship now.

Back to body weight movement. The past few weeks I've changed my practice around a bit. Swimming, body weight stuff, handstands and lifting to support all of this. My lifting right now is mainly structural balance so that I will maintain the basic strength I need and so that I can have some fun with these moves. Lifting can be your whole practice, for a few years it was my bread and butter. But if you love yoga or dance or these types of moves lifting can provide support. Plus it makes these movements feel different! Handstand after a few weeks of OH press, low trap raises, rotator exercises is a whole new handstand.

My body seems to have to be dramatic... I can't do normal health wise. I did nothing to my neck, yet I had the most extreme, debilitating neck spasm in my life! 6 days people... That is a lot of days... But at one point with a combo of all the drugs and all the creams and heat pads and then ice.. I completed this page. And now that that is thankfully over, yesterday got a horrible vertigo migraine flare. So sorry for the bad word... But that was as nice as I could be right then! Thanks for the love you guys.
