A couple of lessons I’ve learnt while fiddling with my shoe rotation.
a) when trying a new shoe out, add it, don’t let it replace a different model.
b) when retiring a shoe put out for recycling, or inevitably they’ll end up back on your feet.
c) I should always replace like for like where possible.
d) If your not getting on with a particular shoe, get rid before you end up injured.

This was going to be a serious post that turned into wrestling🤦🏼♂️
I could write about runners being caught up in a repetitive, uniplanar motion which their joints and muscles become used to blah blah blah..
In essence, mix up your training people! Think outside of the box there are multiple tools lying around the house you can incorporate.
Move, play and most importantly have fun, smile 😄.
Training is a chance to get creative.
Wrestling was just an added bonus for me today
