Meanwhile in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
We come from somewhere and we are hopefully traveling all the time, moving towards a new place.
Hopefully, the Internet is becoming the town square for the global village of tomorrow.
Our stories continue... #yourwanderingpartner
Bali is SO much bigger than I thought! Pura Thanah Lot, an ancient Hindu pilgrimage temple in the sea, and the Jatiluwih Rice Terrace which are a UNESCO World Heritage site we’re great, but the highlight was our stop at the Organic Farm and Cafe! A quick stop turned into a 2 hour visit as Fleur made friends with everyone at the farm. As soon as we arrived we were made so welcome and Fleur was asked if she’d like to pick some mulberries and pick the ginseng leaves for my juice, then went into the kitchen to make it for me and was so proud when she brought it out to me. It was delicious but Fleur wasn’t convinced. Just goes to show that it’s all about the people and not the places... #tanahlot#jatiluwih#jatiluwihriceterrace#theorganicfarmbali#itsallaboutthepeople#neverstopexploring#kidsthattravel#singlemomtravel#widowedmomtravel

every hour danced equals 1 mile in steps 😅 thank you Heideglühen and Sisyphos and Wilde Renate and all of the other magical dance spaces in Berlin. this is a place where you can lose track of time and move through different worlds and freely express yourself and two weeks was just not enough y’all, it wasn’t enough.

This is Sammy. He must have the patience of a saint because he has to lead two dozen people (mostly boomers) around India for the next 10 days. He has to deal with people whinging about toilets, crowding, and abject poverty (Hello, did you not know you were coming to India?) Happy birthday Sammy. You're doing a bang up job. #onthego#onthegotours#india

It can be argued that solo travel pushes you out of your comfort zone in a way like no other. Language barriers, getting lost, or falling ill can initially be terrifying by yourself; however, it soon becomes apparent that you can be capable of far more than you ever imagined. ✈🇭🇰 🌏

I have teamed up with my friends from @photocircle to give you guys 3 of them. Photocircle and its artists make the world 🌎 a better place through the power of photography. How, you ask? Every picture sold supports development and humanitarian projects in the region where the photo was taken. This way, they have:
✅provided a community in Guatemala with clean drinking water.
✅financed school education for girls in Bangladesh.
✅put little ones in Burkina Faso in Kindergarten
✅helped protecting whales in the Baltic Sea
Pretty cool eh!
And guess what: I am on board as well, selling a selection of my works through my personal gallery and with my own calendar 🗓 Photocircle is a great social business, let’s help them reach 10k followers so that they can have an even bigger impact through their photos! 🌎 •

🇺🇸 Smoky Golden Hour on the Golden Gate. There is a « fun fact » behind this photo. I came on purpose to this beach aiming to make some long exposure shots with all my gears, my tripod, my filters... but I just forgot to recharge my camera battery and it went down just after this photo! Ironic, isn’t it?
Do you have story like that to tell? Or I’m the only one to be stupid enough to make such mistakes? 😂
