I’ve been so MIA and slacking on the posting, but here’s why!
I traveled to Mexico City, and ate a ton of good food, from restaurants to food stands, markets, and street vendors. But one experience in particular was one for the books.
Pujol is the world’s 13th best restaurant according to Forbes - we had the taco omakase experience where we had 9 courses accompanied by a glass of mezcal per course. I loved being able to sit and listen to what went into each dish, as well as meet people from around the world indulging in the same experience as myself.
To be able to travel and be immersed in new cultures, people, and food is something I look forward to continuing.
