First we lift the heavy weights then we do some intense hiit then comes the abdominals at the end!
It was intense and I found myself modifying with some of the hiit moves because I've been struggling with some hip flexor pain and some of the moves hurt to be honest but I persisted until the very end and I know this will only make me stronger✊

This meal was so so good! We don’t do anything fancy for dinner. Like ever. This took about 10 minutes to put together! Meatballs from the store, zoodles, spaghetti sauce, and a sprinkle of parm! Unfortunately I could only have one meatball because we didn’t read “extremely spicy” on the label 😂 next time!
I’ve been blessed with some pretty incredible moments and experiences in this business. I’m grateful for all of them, for what it’s done for our family. But there is one thing that seriously fills my cup almost more than anything. I think because I can relate to it so much. I’ve had jobs were I’d get depressed Sundays nights because of what i had to face the next week. It was awful.
And while I’ve shared our income before…I think you also know it’s not about “stuff” for us. Income provides opportunity and more freedom of choice to SPEND THE TIME HOW YOU CHOOSE. And that is worth more than ANYTHING. One of the greatest things I’ve experienced and will continue to experience is when women I’ve mentored have been able to either cut back on their job hours, or leave it all together to be home more because of this business that they can do from home. It’s hard to describe the feeling when they tell you and you can hear the joy in their voice.
I know how much some people struggle at her job. I’ve been there. I originally gained 60 pounds soley because of my work environment. I know how taxing and stressful it can be. I know how much they miss their her kids. I hear from them how their job provides no satisfaction to them...they feel like they don’t have purpose nor are respected or valued.
Is this everyone’s situation? Nope. Of course not. But if it is…you do have options.
I currently have a crew of coaches, and they want to be home and leave their jobs, like some of our other coaches have…and know what? I’m going to bust my ass like crazy as their mentor to get them there..cause that lights me up like nothing else. .
We can’t get time back. It’s life’s most valuable commodity. But we can create more in the future doing the things we want.

Feels really good to return to structure in my routine. Following something that says do this, lift that, eat this, eat this much, always keeps me on point.
This was a great weights session with #liift4 and my second session of the day.
“Do it anyway.” (compliments of @melrobbinslive#5secondrule) Is what I heard in my head this morning when I was having a mental struggle over getting my morning workout in. #mindovermatter .
A workout I don’t recall doing too many times previous was on the agenda so I #pressedplay not knowing what was in store. .
Well, #donkeykicks were in store. 😬😯
And I survived.

After back and bis when you’re feeling the bicep swole that you can’t straighten your arms and your 3 year old daughter thinks you’re playing zombies. 😂Lifting probs, y’all! .
Real talk— I did NOT want to work out today. I’m not feeling it. This time of month I have zero energy and just want to lay on my couch. In fact, I’ve laid on my couch all day thus far only getting up to meet my kiddos needs. I was laying there trying to come up with excuses as to why I didn’t have to work out. Even though all those excuses fed into my aching abdomen, there was a tiny voice in the back of my head knowing how much better I would feel after working out. Workout finished and I have so much more energy. Funny how that works, huh? Need energy? WORK OUT! Being tired is never an excuse. Next, my nutrition has been crap. I’ve had 4 solid months of amazing nutrition with very minimal junk food. The last 7 days it’s been touch and go and my body is feeling the effects of that. Y’all, nutrition is SO important. Food is fuel. My PMS was stronger than my will power and my body is feeling it. My brain fog has been lifted after this workout and as of tomorrow my nutrition is back on track. .
You fall, you get back up again. This isn’t a sprint or a fad, it’s a life long decision. .
The shorts and t-shirt is me.. 6 months into my health journey still struggling to figure it out and quickly gaining back the 12 lbs it took me forever to lose.
The second one is today. After my workout, replenishing my body the right way after the sweatfest otherwise known as transform:20 faster.

I jumped back into my workouts... broken wrist and all 👊🏻😝. You know, I used to HAAAATE exercise so this first broken bone errrrverrrr would be the PERF excuse to not workout, amiright?
I rested my body until I couldn’t take it anymore (about a week #stircrazy) and then modified alllll the things I needed to.
For most of my life, I never knew what to do to get exercise besides the DREADmill, and now I know alllll da moves and could even make my own routine 💁🏻♀️. Which takes me to... I am going to finish my current exercise program, this week, modified and with no weights, and then I’m going to make my own routine while this wrist heals and then I’m gonna do that program again for the 4TH time. (You hear that @joelfreemanfitness?!) 👏🏻🙌🏻💪🏻 Cool, right? Like who am I? Haha.
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you... exercise doesn’t have to sucks balls, be boring or complicated. You can go from hating it, to making your own “Broken Wrist Routine,” in the blink of an eye. Never give up on becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be... One of those freaks that exercises 4+ times a week was DEF on MY list... #nailedit
Transformation Tuesday! There are slight differences in these pictures, but I can feel the differences both physically and mentally. Progress takes time, and doesn’t happen over night. There are 6 weeks in between these two pictures. The first picture was taken after my first 8 week round of LIIFT4, and the picture on the right is after 6 weeks of my second round. These next two weeks of LIIFT4 are considered shred weeks so I will continue to burn more body fat and am hoping the muscles I built over these last 6 weeks will show up even more than the pic on the right. The more consistent you are, the better the results. Show up and get it done, even when you don’t feel like it. Transformation Tuesday is here so let’s share the love 💖💖💖 These are all photos of me THIS YEAR!! I love my life, I’m very lucky and soo grateful to be a Mum and like most want to have memories and photos to share with my little ones.
We don’t have many family photos & the ones we do I always wish I was a bit healthier, thinner & criticise myself in every single photo!! I’ve felt like I’ve been a frumpy Mummy.
Now I’m not where I want to be, I’ve been working out for a couple of years getting to my goal weight and then “relaxing” or being “too busy”....only these were my excuses. Now I’ve changed my mind set, I’m trying to show up every day, eating a LOT healthier & cleaner, allowing occasional treats & getting in my workouts...even when sometimes I don’t feel like it!
I feel a huge difference in my attitude & how I feel and I know I’m working towards my goal...not a weight goal but a health goal or being fitter and healthier.
It also helps that I’m working out at home, so I can’t use the excuse of not having a babysitter or time to get to the gym, I just get it in any time I can as long as I get it in 😊
I’m almost finished my 8 week weight lifting programme which has kicked started my love again for doing workouts and I’ve already seen the next 21 DAYS workout programme pre Christmas so that I can feel more confident and happier when I look back this year!

This past few days I haven’t felt like exercising , feeling a bit low from waiting information on our adoption process.
I look at how far I’ve come, not just in how my body has gotten stronger & fitter but I’m also happier and more focused and whilst I have been anxious I have something keeping my mind and body active.
I’m getting where I want to be through working hard, having support and encouraging others! ⠀

Week 2 already done!!! What!!! Today’s was tough as you can probably see on my face! Luckily had the door open so my face isn’t burnt red 🙈I can’t believe what a difference two makes to how you feel! Happy to be exercising x4 times a week again! Squeezing in 30/40 mins either when my son has gone to bed or before work. Flex Friday! Taking inspiration from fellow warrior @lacysalander to give more self love!! Spent my first week back lifting weights (after a year ago I injured my arm/shoulder) & now getting back into being healthier and stronger and my arms are going to be toned!! I’m always the first to show love to others but neglect self love! Spent this week feeling very poorly and still completed my x4 workouts, eating clean and walking my beautiful pup!
