How to practice with a yoni egg?
Before inserting your egg, it’s helpful to empty your bladder.
While lying down (your knees up and feet on the bed), slowly insert the egg into your vagina with the widest end up-it should feel like inserting a smooth tampon with no applicator. You can use a natural Lubricant like coconut oil.
Once your yoni egg is inserted, sit up slowly and then stand up. Next, contract your pelvic muscles around the egg. This clenching is similar to the muscle contractions you make when you’re trying to hold in urine.
Hold for a count of ten, and then relax for a count of ten. Do 10 sets, three times a day.The key to success is doing Kegel exercise daily and regularly when your pelvic floor improves and you get the results you want.
Removing your Yoni Egg:
Powerful Yoni Eggs are drilled so you can simply pull the string as you would a tampon. If you choose to remove the string, you can remove your Yoni Egg by squatting and “pushing” the egg out or by squatting and using your fingers to pull the egg out. Don’t panic your egg won’t get stuck!

Please clean the eggs with warm water and soap or boiling for thorough sterilization before first use.Then after every use wash them with soap and water, and then wrap them in a soft cloth.
