I have three younger sisters who are all way taller than me. We were raised in a big loud Italian-Irish family and we might be some of the biggest Green Bay fans you meet! Go Pack Go! 🏈🧀💚 Our parents raised us to value hard work, loyalty and compassion for others. I feel these qualities empowered me to help families with one of their biggest financial decisions. “My professional relationship with Nam started when he approached me and asked if I had ever considered refinancing my mortgage. At this point I had never considered refinancing and saw no value in doing so. I expressed to Nam my lack of knowledge on the matter, and he invited me to coffee nearby his office. My wife and I accepted his invitation with little to no expectations.
At our first coffee meeting Nam went over all the benefits of refinancing, and offered to look into potential refinance options based on our mortgage details. We agreed to provide him basic information to allow him to provide options. Nam found options promptly and offered his recommendation. He did not push us into a decision, and was very patient with us taking our time to do our own research and to discuss. We found Nam to have found us the best option for our circumstance, and furthermore he pushed hard to lower the interest rate further due to upcoming drops in bank interest rates.
After deciding to go ahead with the process, Nam did all the work behind the scenes. We just needed to provide him with proof of documents, meet up for a second and third time to sign some documents, and then within the month we were saving money without once dealing with the banks directly or filling out complicated forms. Super easy, too easy in fact!

When I bought this trophy, I only had one employee. I got it as a novelty reward to commemorate when a monthly performance record was broken : ”total number of families loved through home loans”.
I didn't know that this trophy would turn into a thing. You see, when someone breaks the record, they get their name engraved on it and get to keep it till someone else breaks their record. As a result, it's turned into a fun tertiary motivator.
Here we are over a decade later and almost every Home Loan Advisor that has ever worked for me has had their name on the trophy. And lately, the trophy seems to be changing hands every month!
This past month Jarred worked his butt off to get his name on it, and I am extremely proud of him. But not because of the trophy. Remember, it's only a fringe motivator. .
Jarred, like the rest of the team, is motivated by helping people. So when mortgage rates went down he came in early and stayed late. He stopped at nothing to analyze as many situations as he possibly could - to see if a mortgage refinance made sense for someone.
As seen by the trophy, it made sense for A LOT of people. He changed the financial picture for 28 families! That is almost 2 times the amount the average mortgage person does in a whole year!!! Needles to say - Jarred made a huge impact on our community. He loved people well.
