One day I finally decided to take control of my life. I decided that I was done being someone that I was NOT. I was pretending to be someone else. But why??? I was doing everything for everyone else and letting someone that I thought was my world tell me I was unworthy, that I wouldn’t amount to anything and I would never be a LEADER.
I decided to work on my health physically because ya know we want those abs and a killer body right??? 🤷🏻♀️ + my mental state needed work.
I jumped all in on my health and fitness and never looked back. I decided shortly after that I wanted to help women feel good too!! Inside and out.
I took on a role as a LEADER coaching women through workout programs, providing meal plans and a safe place to share the journey and all the victories and struggles that come along with deciding to take care of yourself.
I AM a LEADER, and I will never again let someone tell me my worth.
I am a COACH I help women change there lives and mindset. I want to help every women I can become their best self, transform from the inside out.
Getting those texts about how much weight they lost, or fighting the urge to eat a dozen donuts, helping them succeed and stay consistent in their health and fitness journey, it just fills my cup up!! I have found my calling, I have found my passion, I have found something that sets my soul on fire 🔥 I have made new friendships with like minded women and I just love helping others find themselves again and leading them through a journey of health and fitness and lifestyle changes.
Today I’ll be planning my workouts for next week along with meals that I’ll be sharing with my ladies, soaking up some personal development and working on a few changes in my side hustle. We grow from change. What will you be changing so you can GROW?? Day 35/42 ✅
Sorry for the lack of posts! We are going to try and post more 💕 we went to the gym yesterday and did legs, here we are on the squat rack. Working on those 🍑 gains 😅. Probably my third or fourth time using this machine, i find the bar makes my shoulders tired as I usually do free weights. Going to continue working on building shoulder strength (and of course running 😏) will keep everyone updated on the status.

In case you didn’t know, I’ve had high cholesterol from genetics since I was around 5 years old. Since then, my mom trained me to really be wise on what foods to eat and what to stay away from ✨ I’m forever thankful! The choleaterol has been controlled through diet and it’s definitely helped me live longer and have healthier habits 😌
I’ve tried to pass this on to our kids (mainly our daughter) and I’ve realized that not giving sweets to kids can be weird nowadays. WHAT? I’ve never given her boxed juices, candies, high fructose things, chips... she’s never tried cotton candy and her dessert is always either @juiceplus gummies or fruit. Ice cream is not part of our menu AT.ALL. I’m sure that there are a bunch of you thinking that I’m crazy or that I’m such a bad mother for not letting her “enjoy life” 🤣🤣🤣 I get it!!! HOWEVER, anything in excess is awful for you and if I don’t introduce those foods to them, they will not become addicted to the sugar AND whenever they are a ready to decide what to eat on their own, they will make better choices. .
Now, I’d rather make whole foods snacks, smoothies, bars, muffins, cookies... but they’re all homemade and/or made with healthy ingredients. I decided to post about this because while being in Mx a few weeks ago, I saw kids drinking Coca Cola, sodas, eating chips (Doritos, Fritos, etc), eating cotton candy at 7:30pm, on a school day...😳
I just know that they are NOT going to die if they don’t have sweets all day, every day 💁🏻♀️😂 because, I’m still here, alive and healthy 🙌🏻

About 2 years ago my skin went crazy. Everything I was using caused me to break out in hives, when I went outside in the sun I would be covered in rashes and really couldn’t understand why. Then about 6 months later I was diagnosed with psoriasis. before i dive into the dEATs of how incredible this combo is, i need some quick advice. in the midst of my boredom from doing 6328929101 pages of reading pdfs for classes, i spontaneously booked a hair appointment for 330pm today. my hair is one of biggest insecurities & something that i struggle with the most as it thins/falls out constantly as a result of losing too much weight. i would estimate that i lost ~3/4th of my once long, luscious hair & it’s been a huge struggle trying to get it growing normally again. yes i take iron, biotin & b12 vitamins but most of the “magic growth pills” are not vegan so it’s just been a waiting game. despite wanting long hair, i’m tired of it not growing & am ready to chop it all off into a long bob... should i go for it? will i regret it? all comments & critiques are welcome as well as advice for stopping fallout & getting it thicc
the dEATs: i basically combined the staples of my diet: sweet potato, beans, avocado, greens & spices so it was bound to be a success // i’ve been really into making homemade refried beans by mashing up a can of black beans with water, chili powder, cumin & garlic & putting it on the stove to cook, so i smeared that on my tatter, added 1/2 avo, some arugula & red pepper flakes and voila!!!

•Though she be but little she is FIERCE• Happy Sunday to all my beauts! I gotta tell you, Sunday is my favorite day of the week. I get organized, meal prep, go for a walk or workout, set my intentions for the week, and set aside time to relax and regroup. These are the things that keep me going! .
As a Mom it’s easy to burn the candle from both ends at all times. You get caught up in the daily hustle to and from where you need to go, as well as the to do’s that are NEVER ending. It’s taken a lot of time & giving permission to myself over and over to take time to just be. When I allow myself quiet time, it’s almost ALWAYS when I get a great idea that I wouldn’t have come up with if I was still running a hundred miles per hour, and I can safely say 150% of the time I am grounded after this and ready to give my all to the week ahead of me. The concept to have quiet time came from countless hours of listening to podcasts and reading self development books from entrepreneurs who’ve walked in my shoes & have been there, done that - so heck, I listened! .
I challenge you to set aside quiet time for yourself each week. Just try to do one day a week to start, for however long you can do it. Allow yourself to be alone with your thoughts and to be still. It doesn’t have to be Sunday for you, Sunday’s are just the days that work best for me! You will be amazed at what this does for you💕

On September the 23rd 2018 I had a heart attack. This didn't come out of nowhere and we handled it well. If it wasn't for the people I work with and how responsive they were, this would be a very different story.
I have had so many appointments about my heart and yesterday, 11th February 2019, I had an appointment with the head surgeon for the cardiac unit in Watford. I was told that I will be needing heart surgery.
I have waited so long for some clarity about what is happening and I am so happy that something is finally being done.
Now there is always someone who wants to blame this on something I have done but I have had tests and we have found out that it is hereditary and a member of my family has it and has had heart surgery in the past
I will always continue to do what I do and go to the gym. I don't let this get me down in the slightest, as you can see in the video I am still quite happy even being tethered two this machine.

Move 3: lat pull down row (made that name up) now this one is similar to the pull down but you pull the bar towards you and it really squeezes your whole upper back together
