Yooo, today petit post imprévue mais je voulais vous partager deux petits déjeuner rapide, simple et facile à réaliser mais surtout super bon, ils me permettent de bien tenir jusqu’à 12h voir 13h quand j’ai cours ! • - omelette pommes canelle :
je prépare simplement une omelette avec un ou deux œufs avec des flocons d’avoine et y incorpore pendant la cuisson des pommes et de la canelle fin tout ce qui me plaît rien de plus simple 🍳
- muesli ( mais mieux qu’avec du lait ! ) je met simplement dans un bol du fromage blanc 0% avec du muesli d’un côté et de l’autre côté une banane coupée avec de la canelle et de la coco râpée c’est délicieux et encore une fois hyper rapide mais sa me cale surtout bien jusqu’au déjeuner 🥣
Et voilà j’espère que ça vous plaît vous l’avez sûrement remarquer mais j’adore petit déjeuné c’est un de mes repas préféré 🙈

the next few weeks are going to be a whirlwind for me - from academic stress to work and content creation and trying to go to the biokineticist to fix up my knee(s - my other one is acting up now too 🙃) so please just spare me a thought or a prayer - ya girl is going thru it!

I remember seeing pictures of smoothie bowls/nice cream/fruit platters before going vegan and wishing I could eat so much fruit. I was convinced that it was bad for me because of having T1D. I rarely ever had fruit unless my blood sugar was low. The first day I had a fruit based meal I was anxious to see how my blood sugar would react. Now, I can’t go a day without one. 😅 #type1diabetes

Swapped out my chocolate waffles for some amazing vanilla pancakes that i came up with on the spot 😍 sometimes we just need a little change!! This pancakes are pretty similar to my chocolate waffles but here is the recipe:
1 scoop @pescience Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
Dash of cinnamon (this adds tons of flavor!)
For cooking, make sure to spray the pan because these will definitely stick!! I try to cook mine on medium for about 2-3 minutes each side and then flip! The one thing about making this pancakes is they will often fall apart when cooking if you flip too early so just keep an eye on them :)
Food has a way of transporting you back to specific times, places, and people. 💫✨ I’m a collector of memories (I’ve written in a diary religiously since I was 10 📚) and I think that’s a big reason I’ve always been so interested in food...and photographing it! 📷 Breakfast is my absolute fav meal to dine out for (I have a weird obsession with coffee mugs ☕️ ) and this particular breakfast is high on my list of all time bests. 🥑 ♥️ I was vacationing in Charleston, SC ☀️ for my birthday weekend, a surprise from my wonderful partner👫and this was our last meal before heading back home. We ate slow and enjoyed every bite. 😋 It was the cutest little place. Now I just look back at this picture and smile remembering all the details of that special weekend. ☺️ Food is DEFINITELY more than just fuel. Happy Wednesday my fellow breakfast lovers!! 🍳

Biiiiiiig egg scramble gal over here 🙋🏻♀️ It’s so easy- take two eggs 🍳 and whisk them together, pour into a pan and kind of stir them until they are scramble consistency! I like to add spinach, peppers, and turkey to mine 😛 I also put salsa on everything so there’s some of that on there too 👌🏻 Can’t have eggs without fruit (duh) so I also have some blueberries and apple slices for good measure! Can’t believe it’s Wednesday already! Can the week slow down? I have things to do!! 🙈
