Trained every day this week (with an active rest day smack in the middle) and feeling bloody proud of myself 😊
Haven't felt this satisfied in so long. Hope y'all did something, big or small that brought you closer to your goals and dreams this week too x
Being graceful to get things your way.
Hubbie - TV after work
Kids - TV with pops
Mom - wants to go for walk
Asking gracefully... hey babe can we... than one day
Mom - bae I can't do it without you. Your health is important to me. Anything can happen.
But we can spend time with the kids walking. Knowing our troubles why I was mad last week. Communication trust bonding. Hitting more birds with 1 stone. (Wifey here guys)
It can become a ritual twice a week. Twice a week board games. We've lost so much family time kids are barely being parenting right.
Sooo this is me “dressed up” but this sweater is Nike and I’m still wearing leggings I bought from a body building competition so I officially live in gym clothes :(

Up until 1 year ago I thought the best version of myself was the smallest version of myself & I’m willing to bet *most* women feel this way as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“If I could just lose 30 lbs I would be genuinely happy”
“If I weighed 120 pounds I would love my body”
PLOT TWIST: you will ALWAYS have something about yourself you want to change. If it’s not the stomach rolls, it’ll be the stretch marks on your bum. If it’s not your jiggly thighs, it’ll be excess fat elsewhere. That is just how us humans are wired 🤷🏻♀️and all we can do is our absolute best to love ourselves and our bodies at every stage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyday is a chance to make healthier choices. Be kind to yourself and your body. If you’re unhappy with your current health, don’t feel hopeless, be overjoyed that you have the ability to change it ♡
Slide into my DMs if you are struggling and need someone to confide in, always here friends 💞

Don't let your pain confuse you, dear one. The pain of separation often is a divine gift that burns you back to yourself. A wildfire that clears away the old to ready your soil for what is new. Take a deep, Loving breath and move through to the other side. Something your soul has always wanted is waiting. Not someone. Something, called Peace. @jaiyajohn
