So many of us want things to happen NOW and don’t enjoy the process of working towards it.
You may picture the end goal and feel like that’s what will make you happy. I believe if you hate the process you won’t enjoy the goal, because it will probably require you to keep putting in the work to keep it. If you don’t enjoy investing yourself into it, and working on it you probably won’t be satisfied with it. Finding something you have goals for and enjoy the process of is the way to go. Make it a habit, redirect your mind, give yourself a reason for it, and don’t beat yourself up to much. Some days are better than others, but work on recovering ASAP from the bad days, and get back on track to doing what you love.
