Colombia Honey Process Buenos Aires Gesha - This highly coveted gesha bean hails from Colombia at an altitude of 2,050M. Gesha beans are known for their delicate complexity, and we'll discuss how the Honey Process might affect the beans; It's unusual to process gesha beans this way. Honey graham cracker, perfumed jasmine tea, lychee, stone fruits. Clean cup with an array of flavors unfold over a wide temperature range.
Colombia Arroyo Chuscal - Sweet & fruited. Dark dried fruits, wine-like dark grape notes, citrus & tea acidity counterpoint.
Colombia Inza Palomos - Molasses, Date, Fig, Dried Apricot, Baked Apple, Caramelising & Burnt Sugar Sweetness.
Zambia Honey Process Kasama Estate - The 2nd Honey Process comparison but of an African bean. Lower altitude for African coffees, large AAA beans. Rustic Cocoa, Dried Banana, Herbal overlay, Woodsy hints in the aftertaste.

The rumors are true, this Gesha coffee by @thou_mayest is quite possibly the best coffee I have ever had, and I don’t speak in superlatives often
