Homemade pizza (ish) using everything from my fridge that could go on pizza 🍕 I used a @napolina accidentally vegan pizza base from @homebargains , tomato pasta sauce as a base with cherry tomatoes 🍅 spinach, olives, red onion, mushrooms and @tescofood free from cheese and free from pesto and it was 10/10😍 -
I seriously forgot how delicious tofu can be! I enjoyed it so much the night before that I stuck it in a sandwich today. I cut two slices off a block of @cauldronfoods tofu, added some oil in a pan, coated the tofu in some Dunns River "chicken" seasoning, which you can find in Tesco/Sainsburys/Asda in the world foods aisle, and then fried on both sides until it crisps up. So it's still a liiiiiittle soft in the middle, but tasty and crispy on the outside. Stick it in a bun, and yum yum yum!

Late to the party but it tastes all the sweeter! Didn’t dare even think about Shrove Tuesday buns when I needed to be able to attend the course, only listened enviously to how the others had enjoyed them in the restaurant while I’d stayed behind to microwave my plain chicken & potato 😑 Was also a good martyr and went to this café I know makes the most amazing buns, stood drooling at them for a minute then bought one for my mum (the second picture) because I reckoned at least someone should be eating them. I’d planned to make my own batch now I have a two-week break from the course, but ended up feeling like the moment had passed & that I couldn’t be bothered. However the bleeding things haunted me all week until I couldn’t take it anymore! Discovered the best #freefrom bun recipe EVER @fodmapkeittioni 👌🏻 Never dreamt #glutenfree buns could be so soft! I’ve got a few more in the freezer & will happily eat them all with #lactosefree whipped cream & #homemade strawberry jam. #IBS can lump it.
