By no means have I always had decent legs, they’re not even decent now if you ask me but I’m slowly but surely getting there.
Consistently training them hard at a high frequency is what made them grow. There’s no fancy exercises involved, just the basics.
Progress on them and eat enough and you’ll grow. Last gaining phase I never properly pushed food. This time round I am and I’m noticing the difference already. This picture on the right will be my before photo next time round 👆🏽

I am a firm believer that everyone that comes in and out of your life, they do so for reasons, lessons, and growth. —————————————
REASONS: Do you ever find yourself wondering why you met someone? Do you ever find yourself asking..” is this person helping me grind? Or ripping me into dark places?” — If you haven’t, maybe you should? As @willsmith says “ Not everyone deserves to be in your life” The people we choose to surround ourselves with, has a huge impact on yourself.
If you continue to be around negative people then you choose to live a negative life. Choose happiness and really pay attention to the people who come into your life.
LESSONS: Who has haven’t been lied to, back stabbed, or screwed over by someone who, you thought was your friend? These are the types of people who will teach you, to pay attention to those around you. I used to let people hurt me, I chose to keep bringing them into my life. It brought nothing but misery. Stop letting these types in. Wean them out.
GROWTH: After going thru pain, your growth begins. After surviving what you thought you couldn’t. You actually came out stronger, You didn’t see it until now. But all those people you rid yourself of. Actually grew you, it matured you. Now use the knowledge you know now, and go live your life. 💕💕

I’m usually good at keeping my progress photos in the same outfit/lighting/time of day etc but this isn’t about the look, please read the full caption ♥️
On the left I am smiling because I knew that was the day I said “enough is enough” and decided to stop binge eating & putting my body through the war of over eating/over training and under nourishing 🛑 Some of you will look at it and say that nothing is wrong with the left but I was UNHEALTHY. Binge eating and negative self talk daily is NOT healthy 😣
Fast forward 11 months and I’ve found such a healthy balance. I’ve competed again and am down about 5KG from the left photo. I am in a complete different mindset now ☺️ I booked in a photo shoot in Sydney with tan, nails & makeup to help me feel more confident because I was worried I didn’t “deserve a shoot.” But when I saw this photo I could have cried with joy! I did it!! I never gave up on myself 💯 I am so proud of myself for always working on being the best version of myself.
Confidence isn’t something that comes naturally to everyone. We all have doubts and fears 🙃 But you will never overcome them if you don’t try!! I may not have always had confidence in the way that I looked but I always had confidence in knowing that I wouldn’t give up on myself 🌟
