I believe that there is a lot of complications to a simple process in modern day routines that could be avoided and make the same if not better progress in building your body. If you are looking at more strength goals rather than size lower reps and higher weights is the best way to go but like I have said before you can’t get bigger without strength and you can’t get stronger without size. an almost full chest day. included all top sets except for flat bench as everyone likes to see that. really focusing atm on making my eccentric slower than my concentric to maximise mechanical damage and its really helping. i think my inc bench was up a bit too high and i didnt notice & defo need to perfect my dip form from looking at this vid lol. when the controlled eccentric fails you can go beyond failure by blasting through the reps at the end as u can see. Flat bench 60x12, 70x6, 80x1 RPE 8, Inc bench 30x6 (last week was 32x9 but as i said think bench was too high lol and not really bothered about weight just want mechanical damage), bodyweight dips 76kg bw, inc flyes 5.4x20, dec flyes 7.3x20

Why do I take this?
I’m not a supplement wiz but basically when you cut calories your body burns fat and also protein (lean tissue)
BCAAs allow the body to hold on to muscle and well as grow during a deficit by providing essential amino acids; leucine, isoleucine and valine.
Essential meaning the body doesn’t produce these, we get them from food.
This way you can burn fat but not lose the gains your making in the gym.
