I hate deload weeks 😒 No big lifts this week and plenty of massage and physical therapy. Next week it’s go time and I’m hitting the ground running with only 6 weeks of training and big PR goals. As they say, if your goals don’t scare you, they’re not not big enough.

I got some new shorts from @feedmefightme which is super exciting, because it gave me an excuse to find tops that matched it. also because trash can donut 🗑🍩 is my aesthetic ✨✨✨✨✨ and it’s my duty to represent that as much as possible
A quick exercise to do before you bench:
Bench Press! One of our favorite compound exercises...Today, Roger will show you guys and gals a quick warm up that you can do before every bench session. Using a light-medium resistance band, you can really wake up those scapular stabilizers by pulling the band outward while squeezing those shoulder blades together. Follow these simple steps:
1️⃣Hold band with both hands in front.
2️⃣Slowly bring arms out while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
3️⃣Slowly control the recoil of the band as you bring your arms closer to starting position.
4️⃣Perform 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps before a bench press session to improve performance. 👌🏾👌🏻👌

Focusing on a bunch of compound movements today. Any workouts people use to get there upper body more thick please throw them my way. Been focusing on taking in a lot of protein and good carbs, just been tough putting on more size.
