*Body Factory is taking this opportunity to introduce strength training to runners/endurance athletes as a means to advocate its importance in improving not only strength but also performance.
*Dr Arvin Raj , a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association with 14 years training experience and 7 years experience as a Medical Doctor (MBBS Manipal) currently pursuing Masters in Sports Medicine will be spear heading this seminar.
*The seminar aims to cover important aspects of strength training for runners/endurance athletes. We will cover important exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges and Upper Body Exercises. *Along which we will have a Q&A session to address doubts with regards to strength training and its application to endurance athletes.

It’s always better to look back & see how far you have came.
7 year of difference between two photos.
I was so thin & my weight was 55Kg when I entered college on 2012.I was at the same weight until I leave college!
After graduating , I developed interest in fitness, pushing myself to learn everything from scratch. It was a tough journey without a proper guide ,all I had was Google.
After few years of trial and error now I’m at 83KG.
I know I’m not there yet but one day I will be ! Stay motivated & believe the process. @kuhan.dhanyan.fit
