18 MILES!! Holy crap you guys!! Pinch me. I still can’t believe I’m logging these miles. Yes it’s tough. Yes it challenges me mentally + physically. Yes I was never a “runner.” But taking it one step at a time, one mile at a time is what it’s all about. .
I’m so incredibly thankful to have @knapp.molly for the first 10 Miles (which flew by!) and then 8 more — again, never easy, but I’m so proud. It goes to show that the little work you put in day-in and day-out, always pays off. It’s up to you to do that “little” work! Happy Saturday beautiful friends! ❤️

there’s something about the shorter days and darker evenings that are making me feel really unproductive & lazy... 🙄
So Iv ordered a new 16 month diary (starting September- who even knew that was thing?!), a budget planner and a new notebook to get myself organised so I stay on track and get everything done!! 💪
Gonna make sure I dedicate one of my rest days to actually resting and the other for running errands 😊

I lift weights because I love the process. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the right thing for you. I believe that you need to find a form of physical exercise that your going to stick to, and the only way to truly stick with something is to enjoy it! It could be football, basketball, rugby, boxing, jiu-jitsu or cycling. There are endless options, and if you don’t know what you like, try new things! Don’t dread your workouts, look forward to them by choosing something that’s right for you.
