Many media outlets who write utter horse shit have jumped onto the bandwagon of transformation and weight loss pictures of celebrity’s who have previously entered the jungle! On last nights episode it was released the portion size for minimum rations that are given out small right? 😂 Of course your going to lose weight if that’s all you eat in 24 fucking hours?! 🤨🤔 however, is it healthy? Absolutely fucking not! If you want to lose weight do it a normal way don’t put yourself into that much of a server calorie deficit to get it! Things I learned:
Recovery should never be put on the back burner (I don't know how many times I need to learn this for it to stick)
You can't prioritize 8 million things and do well at all of them. Quality will go down. (queen of taking on too much 🙋)
I underestimated the toll completing all three lifts/ all nine attempts in three hours would take on body (stressed af and I feel like I got hit by a semi)
I'm not invincible. I'm used to doing well at meets and it's easy to say you don't have a big ego until it gets tested. I got a nice dose of you're-not-as-hot-shit-as-you-think-you-are reality yesterday and that's good.
This is the worst I've ever done in a meet. I left with my ego a little bruised and my body a little beat up, but I needed to take this hit. No one gets better when shit is easy.

For the base ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup soft dates or dates paste
½ cup dried cranberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ cup walnuts or almonds, hazelnuts, pecans
½ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
½ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch vanilla powder or flavoring
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch lemon zest
For the icing
1 cup cashews soaked for 8 h
2 tbsp coconut cream or the fatty part of the milk
1⁄4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp date syrup / honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut water or regular water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Place the walnuts into a blender and pulse until finely ground, but to retain some of their texture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Blend dates until they form a paste. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Add the rest ingredients and pulse ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Press down this mixture into the silicone cupcake forms ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Soak cashews for 8 hours (overnight), then drain and rinse ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until creamy, smooth texture. If the consistency is too thick for blending add more coconut milk. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Pour the icing on top of the base and freeze for 4 hours to let the frosting firm up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let cupcakes soften up leaving them for a while before tasting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's easier to make excuses and look for reasons why you can't than to just get moving and make it happen! Today I’m TIRED. The baby was up at 3 back down at 5. The little people were up at 5 and haven’t slowed down sense. I didn’t sleep very well and have just been feeling BLAH.
I'm here to tell you that time will pass you by no matter what!
You can either take charge now or keep making excuses! Every decision to try is another chance to get it right!
You choose! But whatever you choose know that I am definitely here all along practicing what I preach! Will you join me? Let's sweat it out together today!
🔆 With the holidays fast approaching, there is always the excitement and dread of the abundance of food and goodies all around *insert pic from Bar Taco from this summer*. So now I feel is a good time to talk about a little trick I learned from an amazing person called the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 rule goes like this, 80% of the time, products, foods, and energy is spent clean and healthy. The other 20% is spent enjoying life, family, food, and days off. This rule is a fail safe. There is no breaking diet with this trick, there is no “cheat day”, or skipping a workout. This life rule is to ensure you love the clean and healthy life you live. Thus on Thanksgiving day, do not worry about what you shouldn’t be eating or how many plates you’ve had, instead worry about what you haven’t tried yet, and how much more room in the tummy you have!!🔆

November 19, 2012 I made a decision to do something way out of my comfort zone.
I did not know what I was doing or how I would do it but I had excitement and belief I could make it my own.
I just wanted to help people and have more accountability in my own health and fitness.
I did not know we would create a movement or a community all over the world!
Yes I started my business the week before Thanksgiving. Right before the holidays. When most people would say they’re too busy to start anything new.
Within that first week I had achieved success club by helping 3 people and within my first month achieved the first promotion of emerald coach by sponsoring 2 coaches of my own. I kept snowballing!
I built my business by teaching others to do the same. In teaching women how to start successfully, our team took off!
We all empower each other. Iron sharpens iron.
I never believed this would be hard. I didn’t overthink it! I knew this would be fun and exciting!
Guess what, it is!
I’ve traveled more in the last 6 years than I did my whole life. Fun & friends all over.
So my advice, just start! Just go for it!
