If you guys know me, you know that I have some major issues with my hips. I’ve had surgery on my hips due to fully torn cartilage and my hips being bone on bone. When I started getting into fitness 7 years ago, I couldn’t even do a standard squat...I had to do sumo squats because traditional hurt too bad. 😓

set the treadmill on an incline and a speed that is safe but challenging!
1️⃣ 30 sec lateral trots each side
2️⃣ 30 sec skips
3️⃣ 30 sec low walks
[1 round = 2 minutes]

Happy Friday! Muscles are still hiding but I found a better bathroom at the Y so I’d say that’s progress 😉
Feeling real good right now. Sure the fluff is there. Bound to happen. But strength is going up. Weight is going up.
