fun fact: I met these two online. Another fun fact: in this photo, while sipping wine, eating meats and cheeses, and laughing A LOT... we’re working. It doesn’t look like it, and it didn’t feel like it either, but it’s true. •
I never thought this would be a reality of mine.. making like-minded friends online AND generating an income while doing it. Free to roam about the world and connect with other digital nomads.
I had limiting beliefs... “it’s too goo to be true” or it’s ‘ambiguously unattainable’ for me.
Once I said ENOUGH to the negative limiting beliefs and took ACTION toward the life I wanted.. that’s when everything changed. •
My eyes were opened to the possibilities that I could ACTUALLY live the lifestyle I wanted. Me.. the wanderlusting fearful dreamer.
Challenge your perception of what’s possible guys. Dream big like you did when you were a kid. And most importantly, do something about it. 🙏🏼💙
Two years ago I was not in a good place mentally or physically. I was working in an environment that was destroying my creative spirit. I was beginning to perceive my work as drudgery and I dreaded getting up in the mornings. Often, I would hit the snooze button and roll over 4, 5 even 6 times in a row and only get up at the latest time possible to not be late for my first client of the day. Sunday’s were usually slept away as mental fatigue from pushing through 16-hour days of appointments in a toxic environment was slowly but surely getting the best of me.
My training was starting to suffer as acute injuries became more frequent and achieving new feats of strength became further infrequent.
I no longer looked forward to working out (although I always showed up) and my sleep quality, eating habits and self development time were all absorbing regressive blows by the week.
Around this time, I read a book called Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink, a book that I believe everyone should read at least once. Although there were many lessons intertwined into this powerful piece, it was evident that I was not taking ownership of life. I was accepting my current circumstances as if I had no control over them.
Over the next two years I set goals and kick them in the face.
I structured and took my training more seriously than ever before.
I ate healthier than I had ever eaten.
I opened my own business and stopped making excuses as to why I couldn’t.
I spent more time reading and learning than I ever had in my life.
I stopped sleeping in and hitting my snooze button.
I stopped giving up on myself so that I could give more of myself to the service of others.
I took extreme ownership of my life and completely transformed as an individual physically and mentally.
And I’m not done yet.
AFRICA IS RISING
It was an honor being asked to host the THIONE NIANG Impact Investing Conference/Keynote and be in the prescence of a great man that is changing the world and Africa as we know it.
All praise to the great organisers that made this happen!
This is only the beginning!

Word of today : Originial
Be original when it comes to running and starting a business . So many people want to mock what works but when god didn’t give you the vision don’t imitate someone’s creative ideas .
Always be Original 💎

Don’t let life buckle you down with a habit that was brought into your life due to circumstance. Although it may have helped once..once does not mean forever and always. Situations are continuously altering and changing. Your habits need to catch up with your potential mind. Let go of who you wish to be and start actively becoming who you are meant to be. Let your words be the First Step into self fulfillment because you are what you constantly preach. Your body hears everything your mind says. Repeating negative words perpetuates that self doubt. A Step towards your vision is always going to through language. Stop saying it out loud. If you have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all. That statement is known for it to be in reflection of those around you but it also applies to you. The second step is to try to work on not saying it in your head. Replace the words with positive ones. One word at a time. Sooner or later you will begin to see the affect one word can have. That is called a changed mind.
Forget the other things. In order to climb stairs you start from the first one. All it truly is...is one step. Find that in you. Change One word at a time Or don’t say anything at all. Treat yourself as if you’ve never met yourself before that moment. 🧠🧘🏽♀️💭
It all started with a jaw injury.
I'd taken a hard shot in the championship match of a boxing tournament in Dallas.
My whole life had been sports, I had no idea
what to do while my jaw was healing..... Next thing I know, I'm increasing my knowledge about business, surrounding myself with like-minded entrepreneurs, and working with businesses across the country.
Crazy how life puts us in certain situations to test our drive and will.
Don't get me wrong though, I'll be back in the ring soon enough.
And I'll be better and stronger because of it. Just watch.💪🏻🥊
