Since this is a new page I wanted to introduce ourselves! We are Jess and Kaci. He's an #Army#Veteran and I'm a #photographer. He loves #woodworking and I love #design and #art. We recently became empty nesters- our daughters are all grown up with 1 living in Nashville and the other in the Air Force. We have 3 awesome #dogs that we are excited to take along on our journey.
We've always been #nomads... maybe it was the military life but we are definitely not ready to settle down. We are so excited to start our journey! We just bought our first #RV...a 1996 Fleetwood Mallard 22 footer! We will be totally redoing it inside and out and documenting the process! We aren't rich... and most definitely on a #budget so hopefully we can show that you can have a great living space and not go broke in the process!
We will be posting tips about the #reno as well as #minimizing all of our belongings and selling our house here in Missouri. Basically the whole thing! I want to share with you the tale of two clients. .
Client #1 (left) hates her body. She has some cellulite and in her mind, could lose about 10 pounds. Sadly it consumes her thoughts way too often. She beats herself up everyday. She calls herself fat, ugly and unworthy. She allows people to walk all over her because of her lack of self esteem. She doesn’t have the confidence to take risks in her life. .
Client #2 (right) also has some cellulite and also admittedly is 10 lbs more than she wants to be. However, she doesn’t let it define her. She’s a work in progress but knows in order to be better every day, she can’t hate on herself. People like being around her and treat her with love and respect. She takes risks and experiences life. .
Which woman do you relate to?

Spoiler alert - they are the same woman. The only difference is a shift in pose and a shift in perception. You don’t have to lose weight to change your life. The ONLY thing you need to shift is your mindset and attitude to be the client on the right. .
Stop letting your cellulite, or stretch marks or a few pounds control your life. Stop letting your negative self talk be your boss. Life is too short and you are too amazing to deny the world of you.

OK We definitely know everything will not be perfect... but to us...this is our utopia.
We just purchased our first RV and plan to totally remodel it and hit the road by summer 2019!
Thanks for wanting to follow our process from selling and downsizing all of our belongings - including our house all the way through the remodel and completed project. We do have carpentry and design experience so we will be doing everything ourselves and documenting things along the way. We are on a budget so we will be as thrifty as possible with big importance on using savaged and reclaimed materials!

How to Simply Increase Your Family Wealth by Paying for Housing
Everyone should realize that unless you are living somewhere rent-free, you are paying a mortgage – either yours or your landlord’s. Buying your own home provides you with a form of ‘forced savings’ that allows you to use your monthly housing costs to increase your family’s wealth.

Every quarter, Pulsenomics surveys a nationwide panel of over 100 economists, real estate experts, and investment and market strategists and asks them to project how residential home prices will appreciate over the next five years for their Home Price Expectation Survey (HPES). The latest data from their Q4 2018 Survey revealed that home prices are expected to round out the year 5.8% higher than they were in January. For the next 5 years, home values will appreciate by an average of nearly 3% a year.
This is still great news for homeowners!
For example, let’s assume a young couple purchases and closes on a $250,000 home in January. Simply through their home appreciating in value, those homeowners can build their home equity by nearly $40,000 over the next five years. ￼
Let’s look at the potential equity gained over the same period of time at some higher price points: ￼
In many cases, home equity is a large portion of a family’s overall net worth.
