Rehearsing and Reciting Facts Help Students Do Better at Test Time
You can help your students excel at test taking by helping them experience the power of repetition, rehearsal, and recitation. By practicing the answers to specific questions, you’re able to give the kids in your classroom a distinct advantage. Their brains will work hard to remember the words that you rehearsed, repeated, and recited over and over again. Topics and key words can be used to jog memories. Come up with a plan to go over subject manner but do so in a way that makes the students come out on top. Teach them a different way to memorize material so that it’s something they can do as adults not just test-taking kids in K-12 classrooms.
