Momma is back! 💁🏻♀️Today started horrible. Not even going to get into how/why but I’m glad its over. Decided to do Insanity Max 30; Sweat fest and Core de Force; MMA speed. Love all the old school Insanity and mma speed is fun. Then this evening Thing 2 and I hit the ellipticals and stationary bike hard. So I decided I want to clear out a storage room and convert it into a fitness room. My “She shed” 🤣 (i love that commercial) more like “She Room” Idk...i need a name for it! 🤷🏻♀️ Anyways, i spent most of the morning starting to declutter it...half way I almost threw in the towel. It’ll take me a while to clear it out. I am hoping to have it cleared and ready for November 1st. Putting it out there for accountability. That’s going to be my birthday gift to myself!! As my count down to 35 begins I am truly grateful for the little things that I’m able to do and live the life that God has given me. Yesterday was AMAZING but at the same time, bitter/sweet. I finally got to walk the Brooklyn Bridge but lost a sweet client. A man, despite him being in shelter and being undocumented, always had a smile on his face, and made the best of his situation. He showed me to be grateful for what I have despite how rough things get and to always count my blessings. SMILE as things will get better. What's crazy is during my beginning the day reflection this morning, I was thinking that I see my being single currently as a sign of maturity. I have been the girl that always wanted a man thinking that it would complete some part of me or validate who I am. It's a whole different ball game when you can remove all that clutter and really spend time with yourself. Really understand who you are, what are your strongest qualities, what you bring to the table, understand what are you're weaknesses and notice the parts of you that need improvement. It isn't an easy thing to have to turn within for answers when things are weird and not feeling right. But once you reach that place where you are everything to you, there is this peace that settles within you and you understand what living your best life truly means. You understand because at this point you are living life, truly and truthfully. When I say I love me, I am so for real!!!!! These days I’ve become more Kingdom minded. I’m fortunate and blessed to be able to stay at home and raise our babies. Start a business and have them there every step of the way.
Is it all peaches? No. Is it a major sacrifice? Yes. But as I have been reflecting on this past year. I’ve learned to enjoy where God has me planted. .
Obedience is far better than sacrifice. Because when I obeyed, God moved in ways some people only imagine.
I’ve learned don’t knock the process. Learn from it. Pray continually and give Thanks always. Be who YOU were purposed to be. .
True peace comes from God, True love comes from God. As I obey I have 3 sets of eyes counting on me to give them guidance. I want their future to be as brighter than the sun. So I know raising them to know and trust the Son, that is guaranteed! .

Day 2. Today is a little weird, time wise. I normally work at 5am but for the next 2 days I have to work at 8pm. I had lunch and dinner already and planning on having breakfast after I wake up before tonight's shift. Lunch was some turkey, cheese and egg muffins I made last night with left over steak and bacon. Dinner was 1/2lb ground beef that I kind of burnt while I was doing my workout☺️ and 1tbs of butter and 🐯shrimp. Today is day 1 of my first ever diet bet transformer 😄 6 months of accountability (as long as you like 💰💰) I've also been researching the World Wide Web for any info I could soak up about the latest carnivore craze 😍. I'm going to give it a go for at least 30 days, and see how I feel. I tested a couple days worth, to see if it was satisfying enough, and I believe I'll have no problem ☺️ Today's breakfast was an over cooked 😕 5.7oz eye of round steak w/salt and a delish cup of coffee with 1/2tbs of butter, 1 egg and 2tbs of torani sf chocolate macadamia nut syrup. I know It's not recommend to have sweeteners, but I will not drink coffee without it, and momma needs her coffee ☕️. Waist training update 18 days. Weight is down 7 pounds. Intermittent fasting for up to 12hrs everyday, 2x a week cardio for about 25 mins and about 100 lower ab routines along with 1 min planks. Changing my eating habits, waist training AND including 2 days of intense cardio (this includes running, jump ropes, burpees and stair master) to get my belly fat "starting" to go somewhere. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing expecting a different result. Change it up a bit and watch the pounds melt away. I'm only 1.5 pounds from goal weight of 155 down from 240.
