I got a lot on the way. A one man squadron is what I am. I go to college, work, run a brand, and constantly looking for more ways of income. Everything is in my hand, I just gotta make it happen. Tune in.
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12
This passage resonates with me because it's what I've based a lot of my life on. I've always been young in a lot of the things I've done. I was a mere 16 when I started college and that wasn't an easy transition, especially when the kids in class are in their 20s. But if you get out of the mindset that change, progress, leadership and more have an age minimum then you're looking at things wrong. Just because you're young doesn't mean you can't lead nor does it mean you can't be an innovator, creater, change maker, pioneer. Sure you may get looked at oddly but I've always thought people we're just taking notice of what I can do :) #auto#gaming#fitness#health#lifequotes#life#style#college#school#motivation#motivationalquotes#quotes#bible#okc@floralties@tiesdotcom@loyalfitness@thespartanutrition
Hit the gym bright and early this morning for pull day because it was literally the only time I had open for it today!😳So we made it work😈
After enjoying alllll the pizza last night😍 I was definitely going to put it to good use!💪🏼 I felt re-energized, pumped, and READY to get back on my routine!😈
Despite eating something not deemed “healthy”, today I will NOT be:
❌Doing more cardio
❌Cutting carbs or having a “low” day
❌OR feel bad about it...AT ALL.
Today I WILL be:
✅Getting right back on track
✅Drinking lots of water (like any other day😜)
✅And CRUSHING my workout🤪
We shouldn’t have to feel bad, be shamed, or restrict ourselves when we eat the foods we love. BALANCE is key. And creating a healthy relationship with food is the foundation to staying consistent to this incredible lifestyle❤️
In health and wellness,
One-on-one coaching available!😊💪🏼Link in my bio😘❤️
Girls just wanna have sun ☀️ | Brrrr ❄️ stay warm everyone and can’t wait to see you all back in Bing next week! 💜💜💜

This isn’t that #10yearchallenge post (maybe it is), but you already know what I look like now so there won’t be any side-by-side. Ha! I believe in reflection, though. So, let’s reflect. The last ten years have been experienced in equal parts brokenness and elation. I was 20/21 in this photo (2009), in my senior year at Ball State. Deeply disconnected. Struggling in all ways. Navigating through challenging personal things I was ill-equipped to handle. And, about to graduate with a degree in a field that I had lost all passion for right at the very end. I’ll never forget standing in my living room and letting myself finally say it out loud: “I don’t want to do this anymore.” It was a rough couple years after and then things got okay and then it all fell apart again and again, a little bit worse each time, and this would be the continuous cycle of my 20s. And, while I still haven’t reached any sort of revelation in understanding why things are the way that they are — I mean, I’m getting there (I know why), but I owe everything to all the versions of me not only over the past ten years, but the last thirty who endured so I could be in this singular moment in time that I am in now — healing and living onward.
Hi! I had my 3rd exam today and it was pretty hard ?!? I did quite a few past papers and those questions were much easier than the ones I got today during the exam. But I studied hard so it didn’t go too horribly soo whatever. -
Your answers on my previous post made me very excited! I haven’t had time to read all of your study methods just yet but I am looking forward to reading them & learning from your techniques. -
I have a few ideas for my upcoming posts so stay tuned for more study tips & tricks! 🥳
My next exam is this Friday and I pretty much have to revise everything so wish me luck 🍀

No matter what stage of life you're in, the people you surround yourself with have a huge impact on you. ✨Ideally, we'd all have only the most positive and supportive people around us, but since that's not always the case, it's important to learn to deal with negativity. Today I'm sharing a bit about how I deal with negativity in the bio! How do you guys handle negativity/negative people?!
Genetics don’t work unless you do
Man I had to eat a lot of eggs to make this happen. And by eggs, I mean steroids. Kidding. If you’re new to my page, that’s a running joke because of an absurd steroid accusation. Just check out the highlight reel on my page fittingly called “This is absurd”.
Anyway, I post a different transformation picture like every week, but this specific one is for the #2009vs2019#10yearchallenge going around social media. I’ll admit that the picture on the left is from 2008, not 2009 lol In my defense, it was the only shirtless picture I could find from that time period. I struggled with body image issues for the longest time, so I had only recently begun taking my shirt off in public (I used to wear a wet suit to go swimming, even at birthday parties, just so I wouldn’t have to be seen shirtless).
But beyond that, I want to break down these two points in my life/fitness journey.
On the left, I’d actually been working out for about 3 years already. I did push-ups and sit-ups every night because I’d seen Batman do push-ups in the movie Batman Begins. So I did that, but I knew nothing about proper nutrition for building muscle, so I stayed skinny. And I started that when I was 9-10 years old, so being skinny was normal anyway (I just didn’t embrace that at the time).
At the present, in grand total I’ve been working out in various ways for over 13 years. I started with push-ups in 2005, did at-home workout programs from 2011-2014, started lifting weights in the gym in 2015, and then I created my own fitness program that has become the Lyon Shred and Lyon Shred 2.0. The vast majority of my results came in the last few years with the Lyon Shred. I essentially fulfilled 2009 Patrick’s dream and built my physique into something I‘m incredibly proud of.
But I want to emphasize that it took time, effort, precision, 1000s of workouts, and millions of calories. You can make a dramatic transformation in far less time, but you also have to be realistic with what’s achievable in a given time frame. #HeartOfALyon
Who am I kidding. All I did was eat the @world_record_egg. My life was forever changed after that. #EggShred
